  • Ground-floor 22 m² studio in a residence with outdoor space and a pool shared with other residents, just a 7-minute walk from the beach.



    The main room features a dining area, a 140 cm bed, a sofa (not a sleeper), and a TV. There is a large closet and plenty of storage. The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic stovetop with oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Enjoy a sunny 6 m² terrace, shaded by an awning, with a table and chairs—perfect for breakfast or meals. Private parking is available. Pool access with badge (open approximately June 15 to September 10). Table tennis is also available.



    The town center is 1.3 km away, with a market, shops, cinema, and restaurants just 500 m from the property. Set between park and seafront, the location is ideal for long walks or bike rides (bike path between Saint-Georges-de-Didonne and Ronce-les-Bains).



    Bed linen and towels are not included; please bring your own. Cleaning is available for an extra fee. A security deposit is required at check-in.
