Only 300 meters from the beach, our house renovated in 2018 will easily accommodate 13 people and 2 baby for a family stay! Its strong points: the beach on foot, the closed ground, with garden and terrace, the stage dedicated to the children, but also the proximity of Mont Saint Michel and Granville.

The house is a typical construction of the 50s, which we completely renovated in 2018, from head to toe!

On the street side you will find a large parking space behind the automatic gate.
Garden side, a large terrace and space for children to enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, it's brand new! We favored a bright renovation, with quality materials and a combination of comfort and sleek design.

In detail, the house is composed of:
- 1 large living room on the ground floor with kitchen, dining room overlooking a bay window and terrace, double living room (including one equipped with a video projector) and vestibule;
- adult space on the 1st floor, with 4 double bedrooms;
- the children's area on the 2nd floor, with 1 large dormitory with 4 single beds, adjoining a game room equipped with a real coffee table football;
- 2 spacious bathrooms with shower
- 2 separate toilets

You will find in the house all the necessary for your comfort:
- washing machine,
- tumble dryer
- dishwasher,
- unlimited wifi,
- barbecue,
- for children, we leave at your disposal all the games of our children
- and for babies: 2 umbrella beds and baby chairs

Even if the household is included in the service, the apartment must be left in a correct state at check out. If this is not the case, a cleaning fee of 100 € will be applied to cover the additional costs of cleaning.
