The Gîte du Domaine de la Faisanderie is a 47 m² duplex located in a large private and fully enclosed park of 5 hectares, ideal for families looking for calm, nature and proximity to the sea.

Jullouville beach is a 5-minute walk away and all shops (supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, bar-tabac, etc.) are 1 km away. You can get there on foot by the beach or with the 4 bicycles available free of charge (2 adults and 2 teenagers).

The accommodation has two bedrooms upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (120 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric hob, Senseo coffee maker, toaster...), a bright living/dining room with satellite TV, stereo and board games, as well as separate toilets. The private terrace overlooks the park and has garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.

A garage is accessible and includes an additional fridge/freezer. Four bicycles are available free of charge.
