Discover the accommodation "La Bouline", a large family house from the 70s located in Saint-Pabu, in the heart of northern Finistère, facing the ocean. Ideally situated by the sea, it offers direct access to the beach via a private staircase at the bottom of the garden. Perfect for family or friends reunions, the house can accommodate up to 12 people in a natural and peaceful setting. Enjoy a vast garden with a swing, a sunny terrace and a barbecue for your summer meals. Between swimming in the clear waters of the Aber Benoît, walks on the coastal GR34 trail, water activities and tasting the famous local oysters, Saint-Pabu promises you a rejuvenating and authentic stay in Brittany.
Pass through the entrance door and discover a large living area consisting of a pleasant lounge area, perfect for gathering in the evening on sofas, armchairs around the coffee table and television. Share your meals around the dining table for 12 people or prefer the terrace on beautiful days. Further on is the kitchen, independent and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) which provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a French press.
Take the corridor leading to the night area consisting of 4 bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and its adjoining bathroom with a bathtub. The second, perfect for children, has a bunk bed, a travel cot, and games. The third is equipped with a single bed (70x190cm), the last has a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). All rooms have a washbasin, a mirror, a wardrobe, storage shelves, and a door window giving access to the terrace. Two shower rooms and two independent toilets complete the accommodation.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) as well as a large fitted space with three single beds (90x190cm), a spare mattress, books, games and a desk.
For added comfort, a washing machine, a table, and an iron are at your disposal.
A carport is available for parking a vehicle and storing bicycles. You will be able to park other vehicles along the hedge in front of the swing.
