Horrible. La description est erronée. Il ne s'agit pas d'une maison entière mais d'un logement situé au sein d'une grande maison décomposée en plusieurs locations de logement. Par conséquent, vous aurez toutes les nuisances d'un appartement (bruits de voisinage, eau, chaises...). Nous n'avons pas pu dormir convenablement pendant une semaine. De plus l'espace jeux est commun à l'ensemble des locations. Enfin tout est vétuste au sein de la location, notamment la literie et les oreillers qui sont hors d'usage et le ménage n'était pas fait.
Plusieurs logements/locations au sein d'une grande maison. Ce n'est pas une maison entière.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Normandie

Das Haus liegt wunderschön an der Durchgangsstraße von Saint Nicolas d' Alierment. Vom Autoverkehr hörte man nichts nur ab und zu die die Nachbarn. Es gab einen Holzkohlegrill und eine Feuerstelle für die lauen Sommerabende. Haben unsere Mahlzeiten gerne draußen genossen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher musste man selbst mitbringen. Die Vermieterin Veronique ist sehr freundlich. Gibt viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus und in der Umgebung. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche bei Veronique verbracht.

Urlaub in Saint-Nicolas-d'Aliermont

Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und waren im Juli 2023 im Ferienhaus "Le Clos d'Aval Paulownia". Das Haus bietet viel Platz den man als Familie sich wünscht um Urlaub zu machen. Ein riesiger schön angelegter Garten zum Fußballspielen und großem Spielbereich für die Kinder und zahlreichen Schattenecken für die Eltern zum Entspannen; großzügiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich; gut ausgestattete Küche Waschmaschine; gemütlicher Schlafbereich oben mit zwei Schlafzimmern und geräumigen Schränken. Die beiden Vermieter Véronique und Stéphane sind sehr herzliche Menschen, die sich um Sorgen und Probleme kümmern und uns sogar in ihre Haus eingeladen und uns mit einigen selbstgemachten Spezialitäten beglückt haben. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Bank, Post, Apotheken, Hausärzte und sogar einige Bars und Restaurants sind teilweise fußläufig erreichbar Nach Dieppe zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Alabasterküste und die Normandie sind unbedingt sehenswert. Macht weiter so Gruß an Véronique und Stéphane

Un petit break normand

Un beau gîte qui permet de belles sorties sur la côte normande à l'ouest et à l'est de Dieppe jusqu'au phare du Hourdel pour y voir des phoques. Un seul bémol, la route devant le gîte est passante.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Da ich dieses Haus aufgrund der vielen positiven Kommentare für unseren Urlaub ausgesucht hatte wollte ich auch eins hier abgeben! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vor allem der riesige Garten und der kleine Spielplatz, der mit der anderen Wohneinheit geteilt wird, waren unser Highlight. Im dem Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Es gibt 2 Bäder und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass Kochen für mehrere Personen kein Problem ist! Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung! Wir wurden sogar mit selbstgemachten Spezialitäten empfangen. Der Ort ist ziemlich klein, kleinere Läden (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, kleiner Supermarkt) kann man zu Fuß erreichen aber ohne Auto ist ein längerer Aufenthalt dort nicht zu empfehlen. Nach Dieppe und zum Meer sind es ca. 15 min Fahrt! Wir haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub dort verbracht und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Stéphane und Véronique!

Erholsame Ferien in Saint-Nicolas-d'Aliermont

Sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. "Strategisch" günstige Lage an einer Straße in Richtung Dieppe und Umgebung (nach unseren Erfahrungen aber ohne störenden Verkehrslärm). Gute Infrastruktur vor Ort, attraktive Ausflugsziele in der Region, ca. 20min bis zum Meer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Trés belle et confortable location

Belle situation par sa proximité à la mer, la forêt et la voie verte. La forêt se trouve juste derrière la maison. Très bien équipée et adaptée pour les familles. Super grand jardin très bien entretenu. Les commerces sont à proximité Seul bémol, la rue principal Route de Dieppe est très passante. Nous avons eu un bon accueil et avons apprécié le cidre maison ( super bon) et le neufchâtel. Nous recommandons cette location aux voyageurs! William et Maryline
