séjour moyen par rapport à d'autres mercure

prestations un peu décevantes pour un mercure. Après 1 nuit passée le ménage n'a pas été fait. Pas de coffre-fort, pas de frigo, les distributeurs boissons et friandises, et fontaine à eau hors service. Les 2 matins au petit déjeuner à 9 h du matin le plat chaud des oeufs brouillés était vide et quand nous en avons demandé il nous a été répondu qu'il n' y en avait plus.

Hôtel avec un grand potentiel. Le bâtiment dans sa globalité est vieillissant et l’état des équipements mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les bains romains eux sont d’une grande qualité et tranquillité. La salle dédiée aux repas et petits déjeuners est somptueuse. Le niveau de propreté n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel MERCURE

Séjour agréable dans l'hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un petit peu plus d'entretien mais propre eg personnel très attentif à la clientèle. Piscine agréable avec le bar à côté. Je recommande la demie pension ave un bon rapport qualité prix.

Très bel hôtel. Chambre et salle de bains parfaite. Endroit calme avec parc et piscine extérieure et intérieure. Spa sauna et hammam. Très bon restaurant et petit-déjeuner varié. Le personnel est un peu perdu pour le service à table.

Inacceptable qu au 20 juin la piscine extérieure soit ds cet état de saleté alors qu’il fait plus de 35 degrés. Établissement vieillot et sans réel entretien. Joints de douche moisis, personnel au bar désinvoltent, pas de Clim dans les chambres, pdj très moyen…. Bref pas digne d un mercure. Seul point positif, de bonnes praticiennes au spa

Séjour de 3 nuits. Pdj réservé à un groupe 2 matins donc inaccessible de 8h à 9h. SDB réservée aux petits gabarits (toilettes collées au mur, entrée douche très étroite et dangereuse avec une marche glissante. Impossible d'obtenir une bouteille d'eau au bar à 22h (fermé). Pas de clim. Comment peut on appeler ça un mercure?

Un séjour en couple pour ce ressourcer. Mais une piscine pas très bien entretenue et propre. Chambre au 4eme soit disant supérieure mais plus classique. La vmc ne fonctionnait pas donc chambre très humide. Propreté du couloir et des escaliers très moyen. Literie convenable. Petit déjeuner plus que raisonnable. Grand choix sucré et salé. Attention pas de borne de recharge pour voiture électrique. Et pas grand chose autour.

Hôtel agréable et détente…

Hôtel sympathique, détente et relaxation à la clé. Il y a bien quelques points à retravailler mais dans l'ensemble bon séjours. Il y a pleins de choses à visiter à quelques pas de l’hôtel ( musée, grottes, boutiques et restaurants) ou à quelques kilomètre en voiture.
