Nice and calm stay in Saint Nectaire

The house is nice, well equipped and extremely calm. It is very close to many sites of interest in the volcano park. We have enjoyed lunches and dinners in its well kept terrace-garden, with beautiful views over Saint Nectaire valley. A very agreeable stay.

Gîte bien situé dans le village, le propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils sur les environs de St Nectaire. Seul défaut du gîte : l'étroitesse de la salle d'eau, mais rien de très génant

Agréable logement

Terrasses très agréables, pour manger, lire ou simplement regarder la vue. Logement simple mais agréable. Salle de douche un peu petite, juste il faut faire sécher les serviettes en dehors. Bonne literie. M, Besson plaisant et de bon conseil

Gute Lage, kleiner und primitiver als Beschrieben.

Plus: Location. Ausblick. Freundlicher und kooperativer Gastgeber. Minus: Bade"zimmer" passt eher zu einem Wohnwagen. Elektro aus den 50er. Terasse wird mit einem anderen Einheit geteilt. Alles ok, wäre die Beschreibung passender.

Petite maison de ville bien située dans Saint Nectaire le Haut à proximité de l'église (abstenez vous si vous ne supportez pas le son des cloches), commerces à 5min à pieds. Pour 2 adultes et 2 grands enfants la maison s'est révélée trop petite (salle d'eau (vraiment très petite), lits (1*140 + 1*120), pièce de vie). De petits investissements pourraient améliorer le confort du gite (très peu de prises électriques, portes intérieures ne ferment pas). A noter, il vaut mieux stationner sur un parking du village (non loin de la maison) que dans la rue étroite attenante.

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire. Son mari nous a donner toutes les adresses utiles lorsqu'on séjourne une semaine, promenades, bons restaurants, ferme qui fait de l'excellent st sectaire... le logement est bien équipé et conforme aux photos sur le site, atypique, nous avons beaucoup aimé

J'avais loué la maison grâce à la photo de présentation qui montrait un jardin avec salon et sous des arbres . En fait le jardin est attribué à un appartement et nous avons donc eu un petit balcon sans ombre. La salle de bain wc est minuscule et inconfortable.

Séjour à St Nectaire

L'impression générale laissée par notre séjour est plus que mitigée. Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que les toilettes se trouvaient à l'extérieur de la location et qu'il fallait escalader 2 marches pour accéder au trône. La" salle de bains" se situait en fait dans la cuisine sommairement dissimulée par un rideau de douche. (Personnes à mobilité réduite s'abstenir, baignoire sabot très haute.) Ajouter à cela une robinetterie de baignoire défaillante qu'un enfant de 10 ans serait incapable de manœuvrer d'ou une fuite conséquente. Hormis ces désagréments non mentionnés par le propriétaire, une chose correspondait bien à la description: la belle vue extérieure depuis le gîte. Trop peu pour être pleinement satisfaits du séjour.

emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'Auvergne

Lieu agréable pour découvrir la région

Un emplacement idéal

Maison ancienne idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la célèbre église, avec une belle et grande terrasse. A l'intérieur l'équipement du logement est limité mais le propriétaire est à l'écoute et vous dépannera au besoin. L'ensemble possède un charme désuet, comme le montrent les photos. La salle d'eau cela dit est toute petite. En ce qui concerne l'accueil le propriétaire se montre très sympathique, fournissant en particulier de nombreux conseils pour les visites aux alentours... et quelques bonnes adresses pour les spécialités locales.

Excellent sejour dans une région magnifique

Location petite Location petite mais fonctionnelle avec une terrasse ensoleillée qui surplombe st nectaire! Couple la soixantaine .Avons apprécié notre séjour à St nectaire dans cette maison avec tout le confort nécessaire , le calme du lieu et la.vue dégagée sur la vallée .très belle terrasse fermee ,ombragée idéale pour se reposer et décompresser .L'accueil du propriétaire est excelent et attentionné .Prends le temps de vous donner des idees de visites de ballades sur St nectaire et ses alentours .Donne les Bons plans pour manger et acheter des bons produits de la ferme . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location et dans la région qui est extraordinaire à visiter .
