The man at the reception desk is very cold. No emphaty at all. No information about the time of the breakfast, restaurant etc. In the room there's a QR code to know about the offered services....it does not work. In short I'll find another hotel next time.

Lors de ma réservation, j’avais demandé une chambre standard, mais je me suis retrouvé avec une salle de bain dédiée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, ce que je n’avais jamais demandé. De plus, les joints du carrelage étaient en mauvais état. À chaque douche, l’eau s’écoulait partout dans la salle de bain, ce qui m’obligeait à tout nettoyer ensuite. Ce n’était vraiment pas agréable. Merci de prendre en compte ma remarque.

En passage sur st Nazaire

Pour moi cet hotel est ideal comme base pour visites familliales en Loir Atlantque et ainsi profiter des sites aux environs.

Hôtel tres confortable, excellent rapport qualité prix, demi pension disponible avec des menus savoureux, petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre bien équipée et suffisamment spacieuse. Personnel sympathique. Parking gratuit à disposition. Proche centre commercial à proximité. Proche des lieux balnéaires. Seul défaut : une localisation peu attrayante dans une zone commercial. Bel hôtel confortable au calme, chambres spacieuses apparemment rénovées récemment Atout maître : la très grande et belle piscine. La haie épaisse isole bien du prix de la route, par ailleurs peu bruyante. Bon pdj buffet. Une bonne escale proche des plages

Bon séjour!

Bon séjour! Petit hôtel très agréable mais loin de tout en ZAC peu active, nous n’avons pas pu louer de vélo pour aller à la mer. Par contre bien placé pour visiter St Nazaire, La Baule St Marc et Pornichet. Chambres et literie de très bonne qualité hormis les minuscules toilettes. Piscine extérieure ouverte non chauffée mais avec le beau temps elle était à 23 degrés. Personnel de restaurant très sympathique, l’accueil neutre a améliorer avec plus de chaleur et de convivialité en nous conseillant et nous dirigeant sur le parking, la piscine et le restaurant par exemple. Restaurant très bon, buffet petit déjeuner très simple.

Chambre trop petite pour 3 personnes wc il faut monter sur le cuvette pour fermer la porte ménage pas terminer à 17h30 quand vous rentre toujours les chariots dans le couloir et ne vaut pas un 4 étoile met 3 étoile personnel a moitier aimable. Le personnel bien vaillant le cadre est sympa mais les chambres sont vétustes et pas moderne! La propreté pas au top dans certains endroit tel que les toilettes salle de bain. Les crochets dans la baignoire cassé l'accroche douchette bien vieillot et écaillée..les oreillers vraiment moux donc pas le choix! On étais 3 dans une chambre familiale mais la personne qui a fait le ménage n'a pas jugé bon de mettre ke nombre nécessaire de serviettes! Il a fallut faire la réflexion le lendemain pour qu'elle rattrape le coup.

Déçue

Déçue de la restauration .. un jour de reprise et seulement 3 personnes au service.. une attente interminable..pas de sel ni poivre pas de carafe d eau demandée pourtant ...pris le menu de l ardoise.. entrée tres moyenne..viande excessivement nerveuse et loin d etre bleue comme demandé..2 boules de glace presentees sans aucune fioriture..ca ne meritait pas le prix demandé..au petit dejeuner des plateaux sales partout..personne en salle ..obligee de prendre une cuillere a soupe car c est tout ce qu il y a de disponible ..les carafes ne sont pas marquees donc difficile de savoir si eau lait cafe sans essayer ..idem pour les jus de fruits... la chambre est bien mais les toilettes minuscules. Il faut se serrer derriere la cuvette pour pouvoir fermer. Un ensemble decevant. Lorsque je signale ne pas avoir ete emballée il m est repondu d etre indulgente pour une reprise. Je connais bien le monde de la restauration et je sais ce que je peux excuser ou pas.. un simple petit geste aurait ete bienvenu.

Nice hotel but I was not informed when I booked the hotel or at entry that this hotel is used for quarentine of Covid patients. Who come down and get there breakfast. Wasn’t at all happy about that
