House with heated indoor pool, sleeps 2 to 6, on seafront property

  • At the edge of the wood of Porcé, with direct access to the beaches, 10 minutes from La Baule, wing of a property, bordering the coastal path, on wooded park. At the same time far from the crowd and close to shops, trendy bars; nautical base 1km, hiking, shops, bike rides. Nature reserve of Brière a few kilometers, wildlife and boat trips;
    This fully renovated rental in 2018 and 2019 will be available from the end of June 2019.
    She understands :
    Ground floor: entrance, living room with open kitchen overlooking large terrace bordering the park; swimming pool (5m x 4m) heated indoor, relaxation room with bathroom and toilet.
    On the floor: 1 parental suite with dressing and room of water (with shower and toilet); 2 bedrooms, 1 with shower room, shower and toilet. the bedding is new and quality.
    The rate shown is July 2019. For the month of August the price per night will be 300 €. In September 200 € the night.

Perfect relaxing stay

The property was situated in such a peaceful and secluded spot, with easy access to the coast path and quiet beaches. Well equipped and spacious we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Michel and Christine were most welcoming and discreet hosts. We would thoroughly recommend.

Relaxing break by the sea

A very relaxing stay with very welcoming owners. The house is very well equipped and spacious with a lovely indoor pool and terrace. Being able to walk to local beaches at the end of the garden was great + lots of things to do in St Nazaire and nearby places. Recommended.

Excellent property

Very clean and very well equipped. Pool was great and access to almost deserted beaches just a few minutes walk away. The owner lives next door and was very helpful and approachable. The town of St Nazaire is nice as is the wetlands to the north. More suitable for adults and perhaps older kids.

Attractive house in a pleasant location

Property is recently renovated, attractive, clean and well presented. Proximity to the estuary is a great advantage. The owners, Michel and Cristine, live on site and are very helpful and not at all obtrusive. The area is attractive and well cared for. Traffic is noticeably less problematic than in the UK and noticeably more controlled. St Nazaire feels calm and orderly. There is a sense of civic pride in the town and in the area as a whole and information about local sites of interest is well coordinated.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinem aber feinem überdachten Pool und einer schönen Terasse. Unterhalb des dazugehörigen Wiesengrundstücks befindet sich ein sehr schöner Küstenweg. Es gibt von dort Zugänge (über Treppen oder steilere Waldwege) zu vielen schönen Stränden. Teils unbewachte Buchten, teils breitere Strandabschnitte, die unterschiedlich bewirtschaftet sind. Teils nur mit öffentlicher Toilette, teils mit Strandbars- und -Restaurants.Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich.Wir waren zwei Familien mit zwei Teens (14 und 15 Jahre). Ihnen hat der Aufenthalt auch sehr gefallen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier verbracht. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten wirklich bequem und der Pool wunderbar. Die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan, sind sehr freundlich. Der Garten konnte zum Spielen genutzt werden, der Hinterausgang führt direkt auf die Promenade entlang verschiedener Buchten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Toujours parfait !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Michel et sa compagne qui ont été très accommodants, et ont gentiment répondu à toutes nos demandes, tout en restant très discrets. La propriété est tout à fait conforme à la description. Elle se situe dans la partie ouest de Saint Nazaire, à côté d'un très joli chemin côtier qui mène à de belles plages. Nous avons trouvé la maison dans un état de propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. C'est un excellent spot pour aller visiter la région : Le Croisic, Guérande, Pornichet sont à proximité.

Maison magnifique, située dans une petit coin de paradis en dehors du centre de St Nazaire. La piscine privée est un plus ainsi que la proximité de criques pour se baigner sans trop de monde. :) Propriétaire discret et sympathique.

Un séjour merveilleux

Très bon accueil. Nos hôtes nous ont donné toutes les explications nécessaires et ont été très réactifs quand nous avions des questions. La location est très propre et confortable, le jardin est très beau, bien aménagé et entretenu avec soin. La piscine intérieure est clairement un plus. Quant à la situation, elle est idéale: les criques à proximité immédiate, le chemin côtier et ses possibilités de promenade; le centre-ville est accessible en 10-15 minutes par le bus. Pornichet aussi. Nous recommandons.

Parfait - deux bonne semaines des vacances!

Nous sommes passé deux bonnes semaines des vacances ici. La maison est très agréable avec tout l’équipement a bonne qualité. Les salles de bains, les lits, la cuisine – parfait. La piscine est très confortable parce qu’il est possible de fermer les fenêtres. Il y a une porte du jardin au chemin de la cote. C’est génial pour aller à la plage ou faire du jogging du matin abord de la cote. Le jardin est plus grand avec la vue directement sur l’Atlantique ! Les particuliers – Christine et Michel – étaient très gentille. Nous avons visité beaucoup de places dans la région, il y a plusieurs des possibilités. Malheureusement les vacances sont finies, nous voudrions aimer de visiter encore.

Séjour très agréable dans un lieu idéal à Saint Nazaire

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cette propriété idéalement située avec accès direct au chemin des douaniers et à la mer. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et les propriétaires présents et à l'écoute. La maison était très propre, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, et la partie piscine / salle de sport a complété le niveau des prestations pour le bonheur de tous. Nous recommandons sans réserve!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das am Meer gelegene Haus auf sehr privatem und großen Anwesen ist recht geschmackvoll und umfangreich eingerichtet. Endlich mal wurde auf hochwertige Betten wert gelegt, was uns traumhafte Nächte ermöglicht hat. Ausgeruht und voller Elan haben wir das Umfeld mit den Rädern erkundet. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ist sehr gut. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung aus dem Angebot.

Très agréable découverte !!!!

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle propriété au calme et ….à la fois proche de nombreux commerces de proximité et du centre ville de Saint Nazaire. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et avenants. Seul petit bémol: l’absence de machine à laver le linge (quand on vient avec des enfants) …. Bravo pour la propreté de la maison et de la propriété … Au plaisir de se revoir!!!!
