Two independent houses in Mas des Fonts each one with its own no shared private pool, own terrace, entry, parking etc...High quality of accommodation for your holidays all the year long. This house named : VIEUX MURIER.
Amidst Mediterranean landscape, garrigue and vineyards, 2 km from the nearest house, you will find both quietness and a lot of activities. Swimming in your private pool or in Cèze and Ardèche, canoe or fishing, walking, biking, or playing “pétanque”. Large terrace with barbecue in our 4 ha garden with olives and green oaks, rosemary, thyme and lavenders. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, 4 Provencal bedrooms for each house. Avignon, Uzès, Pont du Gard, Nîmes to visit, “route des vins” with tasting, perfumes and colors of our «marchés de Provence” in Pont Saint Esprit or Bagnols sur Cèze at 5 minutes. Medieval hill top villages like La Roque, or Val de Cèze ones like Goudargues. Village at 2 km. Ideal for families or romantic southern trip. SAT TV.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house—Philippe is a warm and attentive host who made us feel very welcome. The natural surroundings are stunning and perfect for relaxing. While there was some traffic on the road to Bagnols at times, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d happily come back!

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay with our family of 7. At the end of the road, in between the wine-fields with a magnificent view, this 17th century house has a lot of charme. Great private swimming pool, great outdoor space with a large table in the shade it's great to spend the day outdoors. Inside a very large open kitchen, four great bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owner Philppe makes you feel welcome and gives good advice for shopping local products, good restaurants and highlights nearby St. Nazaire. You definitely need a car, nearest village is 2.1 km downhill, nearest town with supermarkets Bagnols-sur-Cèze at 5 km.

Lorsque que l'on arrive chez Philippe, on a l'impression d'arriver à la maison ! On nous accueille sur le pas de la porte, on nous raconte l'histoire du lieu, des fruits et un petit vin local sympa nous attendent... Bref le temps d'une semaine nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dans ce mas confortable au cadre apaisant.Et notre cerise sur le gâteau : la nuit au bord de la piscine a admirer les étoiles filantes !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit liebe zu Details, Garten und Pool wunderschön angelegt und mit Privatsphäre, abseits in den Weinbergen und am Wald mit tollen wander- und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Superbes vacances entre amis

Vacances d'une semaine entre amis à l'occasion du jour de l'an (6 adultes, 3 ados, 1 bébé).Le mas était parfaitement adapté pour tout ce petit monde, le soleil magnifique durant le séjour nous a permis de profiter des transats pour le café du déjeuner.Nous avons exploré les alentours : des randonnées pour accéder aux cascades du Sautadet, au menhir de la Lèque, à l'Oppidum Saint Vincent, au village troglodyte de Barry ou au Camp de César. Une petite visite instructive à la ferme aux crocodiles a comblé nos ados. Ajouté à cela, les petites sorties autour du mas, sentiers assez large pour quelques marches ou bien des singles dans la végétation locale pour quelques trails bienvenus afin d'éliminer les toxines.Sylvie et Philippe ont été très accueillants, attentionnés et réactifs.Un super séjour !

Belle maison de charme mais peu fonctionnelle avec enfants de 4 ans et bébé. Beaucoup d'escaliers difficiles. (4 niveaux !). Hôte très gentil et toujours disponible.

Traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen

Ganz herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit bei euch zu wohnen. Wir hatten jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Der saubere Pool bietet eine super Abkühlung im Sommer. Das kühle Steinhaus bot uns im Sommer ebenfalls eine Auszeitmöglichkeit von der Sonne. Die beleuchtete Terasse war in den Abendstunden klasse. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Charmantes Haus in idyllischer Lage

Wir konnten den Aufenthalt mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen (Erwachsenen, Teens, Kind + Hund) sehr genießen. Die Gastgeber Phillip und Sylvie sind super freundlich, großzügig und engagiert. Für Fragen, Unterstützung, ein nettes Gespräch, oder ein Ei stehen sie jeder Zeit zur Verfügung (sie wohnen nebenan). Das Haus ist gepflegt, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Pool. Für Familien und Gruppen jeden Alters perfekt, um einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu besichtigen, zu erwandern, zu bummeln und kulinarisch zu genießen. Wer Lust auf Action hat, kann zum Kanufahren an die Ardeche fahren ( in unserer Zekt zu Ostern ein echtes Highlight, da es nicht voll ist) Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen!

1 Woche mit Freunden

Ein Wort: toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es gab einen liebevollen Empfang und Rat und Empfehlungen vom Gastgeber für Touren und Einkäufe in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist herrlich, in der Küche zu sitzen am langen Tisch und zu genießen hat gleich viel mehr Freude in dieser schönen Umgebung gemacht. Platz für Alle, drinnen oder draußen, für jeden Bedarf ist etwas dabei. Also, wirklich toll und wunderbar.

La maison de vos prochaines vacances

Magnifique maison, propriétaires discrets mais très à l'écoute. Mention spéciale pour Philippe, sa réactivité, et ses conseils précieux merci encore. Emplacement idéal, isolé mais facilement accessible pour se retrouver soi même et surtout se retrouver entre amis dans un cadre incroyable entre vignes, garrigue et cigales. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit mit Freuden und der Familie (4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) verbracht. Der Vermieter und Eigentümer, Philippe, ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld Tipps gegeben und war auch vor Ort immer für uns ansprechbar. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt, sehr sauber und es ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Küche hat wirklich alles, was man zum guten Kochen benötigt. Draußen gibt es sogar eine Plancha, die wir häufig benutzt haben. In den Außenanlagen gibt es reichlich Sonnen-und Schattenplätze und einen überdachten Essbereich. Der Pool ist groß und wurde zudem alle 2-3 Tage proffesionell gereinigt. Die Lage des Hauses und der Ausblick auf die Weinberge ist ebenfalls grandios. Wir haben uns hier so wohl gefühlt, dass wir es 1 Woche nahezu nicht verlassen haben ;-) Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Philippe!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Pool und am Sitzplatz gibt es jedoch wenig Schattenplätze für eine Gruppe ab 7 Personen. Ein oder zwei Sonnenschirme würden hier Abhilfe leisten.

Un espace de détente et de quiétude

Les mas de Philippe et Sylvie sont éloignés de toute autre habitation et sont situés au cœur des vignobles et de la garrigue. Cela leur confère un espace de détente et de quiétude sans pareil. En plus vous bénéficiez d’une piscine très agréable et bien aménagée Vous retrouverez dans le mas et le jardin tout l’équipement indispensable à un séjour de qualité En un mot comme en cent : foncez dans cette location vous ne serez pas déçu

Prachtige accommodatie

Heerlijke week gehad in het huis. Zeer sfeervol en smaakvol ingericht. Prachtig gelegen tussen de wijngaarden. Hartelijke ontvang en heerlijk fruit/groentenpakket. In de omgeving veel leuke uitjes. We zouden graag nog een keer terugkomen in de zomer zodat we ook gebruik zouden kunnen maken van het zwembad.

Wunderschön!

Das Anwesen befindet sich mitten im Grünen zwischen Weinbergen, Steineichen und Olivenbäumen. Ein Hochgenuss ist das äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus mit seinem sehr ursprünglichen Ambiente. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er bereitete uns einen großartigen Empfang und war zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der gesamte Gebäudekomplex besteht aus 3 Einheiten. Trotzdem ist man in seinem Anwesen komplett für sich. Das erstaunt immer wieder. Herrliche Fahrrad - und Wanderausflüge sind von hier möglich. Es war ein großartiger Urlaub!!

Excellent séjour

Nous étions 3 couples avec 4 enfants et nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans le mas de Philippe. La maison est située au milieu des vignes, loin de la ville et de la route, calme garanti ! La piscine est très agréable et les environs super. Philippe est un hôte aux petits soins avec plein de bons conseils sur sa superbe régions

Superbe sejour

Philippe nous a très bien accueilli dans sa jolie propriété. La maison est grande, agréable, la piscine est très bien. Isolée mais c est ce qui donne tout son charme, le village est à moins de 3 kms. Très bon contact avec Philippe et Sylvie et une réactivité et des conseils très bons! Je recommande vivement!
