WE RENT
Early 20th century house tastefully renovated in 2015.
It is located 150 m from the beach and 50 m from shops (pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, bars with concerts, press and tobacco, post office, etc.).
As a couple, family or friends, our accommodation will seduce you with its position, its charm, its calm and its luminosity.
No need to park on the street, you can park your car in the courtyard in front of the house without fear (electric sliding gate).
We provide 2 adult bikes and 1 child (6 years old).
As for Saint-Marc-Sur-Mer, you have the famous beach of Monsieur Hulot (world famous film by Jacques TATI) which offers an unparalleled and relaxing landscape with its small coastal path which leads to the port of Pornichet or even 'in Saint-Nazaire.
La Baule can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
So lovers of beaches, walks and farnientes, contact us!

Location très agréable
Nous recommandons cette maison, située à proximité des plages et du chemin cotier (très plaisant de s'y promener le soir), bien équipée, décorée et agrémentée avec goût! Les propriétaires sont en outre à l'image de cette propriété : très agréables! Deux vélos sont laissés à disposition, ce qui est top pour rejoindre notamment Pornichet ou la Baule. La boulangerie se situe à 50 mètres et un petit marché se tient deux fois par semaine à proximité.
Seule remarque : pour une location d'été, une plancha ou barbecue pourraient être appréciés.
