Family home 100m from the beach

  • Ideally located house, 10 km from Pornichet and 20 km from La Baule.
    2 minutes walk from La Courance beach.
    10 minutes walk from the Saint Marc sur mer market (Thursday and Sunday), restaurants, local shops, and the beach of Mr Hulot.
    Between sea and nature, the coastal path is magnificent!
    Our house is 150m2, it has a large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom on the ground floor with shower room and separate WC.
    On the 1st floor, three bedrooms, with a bathroom and shower, separate WC.
    Small garden, large terrace, and its furniture, barbecue, trampoline.
    The house is fully equipped:
