When we were there Vichy was like a giant building site so took a while to get out but that is no fault of the hotel."

"Great location but accessing the parking required help from the staff which was not entirely convenient. The staff was friendly and we appreciated that the hotel had parking."

"What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again. "

"Pas au niveau des autres Ibis ! Et le prix est exorbitant par rapport à l'endroit. ABUSE. Les chambres sont impersonnelles, pas rénovées aux standards ibis actuels. Aucune décoration, déco année 2000. petit déjeuner trés limité comparé aux autres ibis. Franchement grosse déception, pour moitié prix préférer les hôtels à côté "

"Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a good selection with all you need. Room is spacious, charming and clean.The ev chargers were a bonus. All staff very helpful and friendly (and speak great English!)."
