Au tout début à l’arrivée, J’ai dû appeler l’assistance car ma reservation n’était pas affichée sur l’écran d’accueil. Ensuite, la chambre puait d’une odeur dégoûtante et les draps étaient tous tachetés de saletés, de traces de sang, de café et de poussière.
Séjours de 5 jours, endroit calme et reposant, le personnel qui s’occupe de nettoyer son très attentionné viennent demander si on a besoin de quelque chose…
Le check-in a été très long et compliqué car la machine ne fonctionnait pas. Nous étions 3 couples à 14h à ne pas réussir. Par chance, une hôtesse est arrivée et a consenti à ouvrir l’accueil pour faire le check-in. Notre sauveuse de Noël ! Un grand merci à cette dame.
Pour le petit déjeuner, j’hésitais donc elle m’a dit que je pouvais me décider le lendemain au matin.
Le matin, nous avons décidé de prendre le petit dej, c’était une autre hôtesse qui me dit, limite affolée « ah non c’est pas possible, fallait réserver hier, sinon faut attendre le dernier couple et voir s’il restera assez… », donc je lui dis que ce n’est pas l’information qui m’a été transmise la veille. Elle me répond « ce n’est pas possible qu’une hôtesse vous ai dit quoique ce soit car il n’y a que moi depuis 3 jours ». Je lui ai répondu que j’étais certaine d’avoir été aidée hier et heureusement avec votre machine défaillante, et non, elle continue « pas possible ! Y’a que moi ». Bref dialogue ubuesque. Elle a fini par obtenir la confirmation de l’hôtesse en question, mais ne s’est pas excusée et elle ne m’a même pas proposé une alternative pour le petit déjeuner : nous voulions juste prendre au moins un café ou un thé.
Je regrette son manque d’écoute (la vraie, celle où on croit la cliente et qu’on comprend son besoin) et son stress communicatif (elle semblait stressée d’être seule, stressée qu’il n’y ai pas assez de denrées… bref on a compris qu’elle avait bcp de pbm à gérer… des clients quoi).
