Located away from the city, nestled on the heights of the famous Gohaud beach, discover the marine residences, a peaceful Hamlet equipped with two swimming pools, a children's playground, and beach access.



The house has a double bedroom (140) on the ground floor and upstairs a double bedroom (140) and a single bedroom (90) that can accommodate up to 5 people.



The open kitchen is equipped with electric hobs and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (refrigerator, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle). The living room has a TV and provides access to the dining room veranda. A shower room and separate toilet complete the rental.



For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, washing machine, iron, garden furniture, and a charcoal barbecue are also provided.



The garden is enclosed and secure, and you can park 1 car in the private parking space in front of the house.
