Three self-catering cottages in a charming 1900s house located opposite the sea, 8 km from Pornic. Shared entrance.
Shared, unfenced grounds of 600 m², including one parking space per cottage.
Upstairs cottage with private terrace facing the sea: living/dining room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms (1: one double bed 140x190 cm, 2: two single bunk beds 90x190 cm), shower room/WC.
Shared washing machine and barbecue for the three cottages.
Included amenities: freezer compartment, cot/high chair and baby bath upon request.
Not included: oil heating (€11/day), bed linen, towels/household linen, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€96 for tourists). Mandatory cleaning and bed linen fee for business travelers (€120/stay).
