Ground floor: living room, lounge with fireplace, billiards (radio CD, TV, DVD), fully equipped kitchen, separate WC, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (1 double bed), 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (5 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with WC.



Basement: games room (ping-pong, foosball, darts) with free access. Optional on request and available for an extra fee: private relaxation room (SPA, sauna, exercise bike, TV, shower).



Bed linen and towels available on request, for an extra fee. Cleaning not included, available on request, for an extra fee.

Enclosed landscaped garden of 1,000 m² (swing set, slide), 45 m² covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
