Les Olympiades - Magnifique Villa d'évasion

This superb 300m² villa has been completely renovated, decorated, and equipped to offer you an all-inclusive stay where relaxation is the watchword!

It comprises a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen adjoining the dining room and living room. It also features four bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet; a dormitory with six 90 x 200 cm single beds and six wardrobes; and a laundry room.

A games room (pool table, pinball machine, darts) has been designed so you can enjoy quality time with friends or family!

The outdoor area has everything to please you, including a magnificent in-ground heated pool (available from May, depending on temperatures).

Pool opening/closing:
In the equipment room, near the window, you will find a key with two positions marked:
* O for open
* F for closed
👉 To open (O): a simple turn of the key is all it takes.

👉 To close (F): please hold the key until the pool is fully closed, for safety reasons.

⚠️ Safety – Pool cover
Part of the grating covering the pool cover is damaged.

👉 Please do not walk on it for safety reasons.

The property also features a brand-new sauna and various activities such as archery, football, mini-golf (golf clubs to bring), and a pétanque court with a Molkky set.

All amenities are provided on-site, including linens and bath towels. All you have to do is unpack and enjoy your stay at home!

You have access to all the accommodation. Please note that the swimming pool will be winterized and therefore no longer accessible from October 1st!
The Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200 double bed and en-suite shower room, and a dormitory with 6 single beds, 6 bedside tables, 6 wardrobes and 6 bedside lamps.

Keys must be handed over personally to introduce you to this exceptional location and its many leisure activities.
Additional charges may apply for late arrivals after 6pm.

Les Olympiades is located in the Poitiers countryside, on a private, secure estate.
The village of Vendeuvre du Poitou has a number of shops nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarkets, etc.).

- 1h30 from La Rochelle
- 2h30 from Bordeaux

- The accommodation is designed to sleep up to 14 people. For everyone's comfort, we advise against simultaneous showers, as the hot water tank has a capacity suited to reasonable and staggered use.
- No parties or gatherings allowed

- Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and upon request, with a supplement of €10/hour

Electric vehicle charging on the property's network is possible under certain conditions:

Please inform us upon arrival of the number of vehicles concerned.

A fee of €20 per charge and per vehicle will be charged.
In the event of an undeclared vehicle, a fee of €100 per vehicle may be applied.
Checks may be carried out to ensure compliance with these rules.
