"Pour un week-end entre amis, le gîte convenait bien car les couples/familles étaient isolés dans chaque logement pour dormir au calme. La pièce commune est isolée à l'extérieur. Il faut sortir pour rejoindre l'espace commun. Les lieux sont en bon état, le ménage aurait pu être un peu plus poussé selon nous mais ça dépend de chacun ! Les hôtes ont été disponibles et très serviables en cas de besoin pendant le week-end."

"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this lovely house. Especially the outdoor area was beautiful and the pool was great! The house is just a 10 minute drive from a lovely town and shops for groceries. The hosts even organised for us to go horse-riding at their horse riding school which was a great experience. Overall, we loved our stay and had the great time. Eloïse and her father were a great help when we needed it and they were such lovely people!"

"This is a very classily converted old property with spacious rooms and flexible outdoor areas, beautifully planted. Lovely comfortable beds. The skies are incredibly dark for star-gazing, there is a lovely park in the grounds of the local chateau and although there is no bar in the village there is a good bread shop and a very nice restaurant (La Croix Verte). Amboise is only 5 mins drive away. We were there for the phenomenal Bastille Day fireworks."

"Es handelt sich hier um umgebaute ehemalige Stallungen.Das Haus war geräumig und sauber. Ein eigener abgezäunter Bereich befindet sich vor dem Haus.Das Haus selber befindet sich im abgeschiedenen ländlichen Bereich und ist absolut ruhig. An der fantastischen Poolanlage konnte man sich perfekt entspannen. Amboise selber liegt etwa 15 Minuten mit den Auto entfernt. In 10 Minuten erreicht man einen Intermarche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wobei es natürlich (wie fast überall in Frankreich)...

"Our group (2 couples and 1 teenager) enjoyed 3 days near Tours while staying at this spacious apartment. We spent 1 day kayaking and 1 day visiting Tours. You'll need a car to access this property, however, there is a grocery store and bakery for morning breakfast near-by (~10 minutes by car). The friendly host lives adjacent, so check-in was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"This property is in a very quiet village with only a boulangerie which isn't open every day and a posh Chateau restaurant. There's a supermarket 8 minutes away and other boulangeries. We swam in the river, visited Amboise, Tours, chateaus and Beauval zoo from here. The house is spacious. and has everything you need. The hosts are kind and friendly. They live 2 doors up. We were shocked by the amount charged for bedding though.E149 Agree a price before you go."

"My family and I had a wonderful time at this clean and comfortable house. There was everything we needed with many thoughtful touches. The house and property have a lot of history, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous and the surrounding area has lots to see and do. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone, and will try to come back again to stay!"

"We had a lovely greeting by the hosts when we arrived at this beautifully restored house.They personally showed us around, and made sure we felt at home before leaving us. They live in the house nearby but this was not a problem as they left us to it, and we were able to roam freely and explore the grounds. They were splendid hosts!We were very fortunate with the weather and so got to fully appreciate the garden and loungers, eating outside and relaxing. There is a great supermarket 3km away...
