In the heart of the pedestrian streets and near the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this 14m2 studio benefits from an exceptional location. You can stroll through the charming alleyways, discover beautiful shops and enjoy the atmosphere without suffering from the nuisances.
The studio also has a terrace (very rare in Saint Martin), where you can relax outdoors. Whether it's for having breakfast, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, or simply relaxing while reading a book, this terrace is a real asset. The studio is only accessible by car before 10:30 in the morning or after midnight, such is the charm of pedestrian streets...
Car parks (paid from March to November) are located nearby (Market, Bastion) and a free car park 750 metres away (Cemetery).
Inside you will find a double bed, a television and a well-equipped small kitchen, it has a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and Nespresso and a toaster. You will have everything you need to cook delicious meals.
Moreover, the studio has a bathroom with WC and an iron.

Séjour tres agréable t
Même si la photo du logement sur l'annonce laisse penser à un logement un peu plus grand, nous y avons passé un excellent moment et avons été très bien reçu par Catherine et conseillés sur les sorties à faire sur l'île.
Logement très calme et situé au coeur du centre-ville au pied du charmant port de Saint Martin.
Nous reviondrons c'est certain!
