Résidence trÚs accueillante au proximité du centre ville, des villages, des plages... appropriée pour un repos et dépaysement complet. La résidence est dotée d'un 0arc, piscine, espace gym. L'échange avec la propriétaire est trÚs sympathique et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Appartement trÚs bien équipé et fonctionnel parfait pour se reposer.Un plus la location de vélo directement dans la résidence et place de parking.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 5 nuits Ă  Saint-Martin-de-RĂ© en aoĂ»t. L’appartement est bien situĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate des commerces, restaurants et du port : tout peut se faire Ă  pied, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le logement est plutĂŽt calme, propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, et offre peu de vis-Ă -vis.Cependant, plusieurs points sont Ă  amĂ©liorer. Le balcon Ă©tait peu entretenu, avec un mobilier de jardin abĂźmĂ©, et il n’y avait ni parasol ni store pour se protĂ©ger du soleil de l’aprĂšs-midi. RĂ©sultat : l’appartement devenait trĂšs chaud, d’autant plus qu’une grande baie vitrĂ©e donne directement sur ce balcon.CĂŽtĂ© Ă©quipements, la bouilloire et le sĂšche-cheveux annoncĂ©s Ă©taient dĂ©fectueux et n’ont pas Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©s durant notre sĂ©jour. Les Ă©changes avec les propriĂ©taires se font uniquement par SMS, ce qui n’a pas permis une rĂ©solution rapide, mĂȘme si leur fille sur l'Ăźle a pu nous apporter une serviette manquante.Enfin, il est important de prĂ©ciser que la "chambre" mentionnĂ©e dans l’annonce est en rĂ©alitĂ© une petite piĂšce faisant office d’entrĂ©e, sans fenĂȘtre ni aĂ©ration, Ă©quipĂ©e d’un canapĂ©-lit. Cela peut ĂȘtre trompeur si vous cherchez un vĂ©ritable espace nuit sĂ©parĂ©. Nous avons finalement dormi dans la piĂšce Ă  vivre, Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ©e d’un canapĂ©-lit. Heureusement que nous Ă©tions seulement deux.En rĂ©sumĂ© : un logement bien situĂ© et calme, mais avec des prestations en deçà de ce que laissait entendre l’annonce. Dommage, car le potentiel est lĂ . Un Ă©tendoir Ă  linge serait Ă©galement Ă  prĂ©voir !

Excellent séjour

Appartement conforme à là description. TrÚs bien situé à 5 mn à pied du port et centre de Saint Martin en Ré. L accÚs à la piscine est un plus et parking sécurisé. Valérie pour un meilleur confort changez votre table de séjour qui est bancale . Je recommande Sylvie

TrĂšs bon emplacement par contre Ă©lectricitĂ© Ă  revoir et surtout problĂšme d’isolation Ă  voir dans l.ensemble du bĂątiment impossible de dormir avec des tempĂ©ratures proches de 30‱pour moi, cet Ă©tablissement est surclassĂ© seul point positif la proximitĂ© du centre ville

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein du logement de Valérie. Nous ne pouvons pas passer à cÎté de la piscine, du Sauna ainsi que le Hammam, trÚs agréable aprÚs une journée de visite et découverte sur l'ßle.Je recommande vivement Valérie et son logement.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

C'est un appartement avec un canapé lit ds le salon cuisine. Matelas moyen et surtout propreté pas nette du tout. C est gras sur bcp de parois. Le balcon est sale Une prise de courant est en décrépitude ds la salle de bain juste a cÎté du lavabo... C est dangereux. Pas de wifi. Petite TV. Donc à 1200 euros les 6 nuits c est trÚs cher... C'est dans une enceinte Pierre et Vacances en decrépitude. Petite piscine commune avec Transats sur les cailloux... Heureusement c'est bien situé a Saint Martin de ré.

Repos Ă  Saint Martin

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le logement est idĂ©alement situĂ© sur l’üle et saint Martin. Le logement est Ă©purĂ©, simple (il pourrait y avoir quelques amĂ©liorations pour rafraĂźchir l’appartement. Par contre il y a des extras intĂ©ressants avec piscine, hammam et salle de sport.
