  • Renovated old house in a quiet neighborhood, facing south with mountain views from the upper floors. The house stays naturally cool, even during heatwaves, and the ground floor remains pleasantly temperate. Spread over three levels: on the ground floor, a spacious 30 m² living area; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms; and on the second floor, 2 more bright, attic-style bedrooms. All rooms are spacious and filled with light. The house is easy to heat in winter and remains cool in summer. There’s a fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings together.
