Bel appartement très bien situé

La proximité des petits commerces et de la plage ++++ idéal ! Hyper équipé Très bel appartement avec place parking L ascenseur est tout le temps en panne et les locaux nous ont dit que c était connu. Noir complet même dans l escalier de service.. C est un service qui fait parti du prix. Monter et descendre des valises, des courses etc.. à mobilité réduite ou avec un problème ponctuel de dos comme mon cas ce fut pénible. Vos surmatelas sont très trop mous et amoviles seulement dans une des chambres. Toutes les literies sont trop souples. Ajouter un ventilateur mobile pour la terrasse .

Logement bien équipé propre bien situé Je recommande Résidence récente et calme Avions réservé un lit bébé pour la semaine, absent lors de l'entrée dans les lieux. Donc stress à l'arrivée après un voyage éprouvant. Le nécessaire a cependant été fait rapidement après réclamation.

Situation parfaite !

La localisation, l'état impeccable du logement et sa fonctionnalité malgré la petite taille. L'éclairage sur la terrasse est un peu faible pour lire le soir. Prévoir 2 chaises de plus pour en avoir 6 en terrasse et quand même 4 à l'intérieur. Nous étions 6.

Noël à Saint leu !!!

Appartement très bien ds une belle résidence sécurisée en centre ville sans avoir la nuisance du bruit !! Le service de réception des clefs, un peu dur d’attendre l’heure de 15h pour récupérer les clefs après un voyage de 14 heures !!! On a une envie de se poser ds l’appartement avant 15h !!!!

Un très beau logement mais qui mérite quelques ajustements

L'appartement est neuf, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Il est spacieux propre et relativement bien équipé. La literie est confortable y compris le canapé. Il dispose d'une terrasse-courette ce qui est un vrai plus. Il manque à l'appartement quelques éléments indispensables pour une location saisonnière qui rendrait l'expérience excellente : - certains ustensiles de cuisine indispensable du type planche à découper manquent à l'appel, - aucun necessaire de base pour cuisiner : sel, poivre, et huile constituent une base indispensable qu'il est d'usage de fournir dans une location de ce type, de meme quelques capsules de café et du thé - l'appartement dispose d'un lave vaisselle mais là aussi aucune capsule n'est fournie, contrairement aux autres locations que nous avons pu avoir durant notre séjour. Il serait correct de préciser qu'il s'agit d'un rez de chaussée surélevé. Enfin concernant le mode de faire de l'état des lieux d'entrée, là aussi un état des lieux initial devrait être fourni, le locataire entrant pourrait ainsi faire le tour de l'appartement sur cette base ce qui serait bien plus rassurant !
