"This hotel was extremely expensive. While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could...

Our only complaint is that the hotel generally does not answer emails. 5 stars for Tony at the front desk; he was super helpful and always cordial and made our stay extra pleasant. Merci beaucoup!"
