Charming Stone House with Garden near Ski Resorts and Roman Architecture

Between Cantal and Haute-Loire, an hour from Le Puy-en-Velay, Clermont-Ferrand, or Le Lioran, on a plateau formed by ancient volcanic flows, this gîte welcomes you to the heart of a peaceful hamlet. A 200 m² enclosed courtyard filled with flowers, a renovated former outbuilding perfect for al fresco dining, and an accessible orchard create a pleasant outdoor space.

Activities and sites nearby: the gîte is located in the village of Artiges, 11 km from the Allier Valley (swimming, whitewater sports), Romanesque architectural monuments, all shops and services, and the Watercolor Biennial in Brioude (11 km). Blesle (one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France) and the Alagnon Gorges are 19 km away. The Lioran ski resort, Clermont-Ferrand, and Vulcania are also within easy reach. This charming stone house boasts a lovely outdoor area on a wooded plot. On the ground floor, a hallway leads to a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a small bedroom ideal for a child, and a shower room with a toilet.
