Upstairs, you will have two spacious bedrooms as well as a large and beautiful bathroom, and a second W.C.
The cottage is located in a village 'Luzac' whose authenticity will charm you with its old Charentaise houses, its alleys bristling with hollyhocks. From the first floor, you will have a view of the wild immensity of the salt marsh. At a time when the sun is declining, the blazing sky is reflected on the expanses of water, from where fly away, many varieties of birds arise (herons, egrets, swans ...)
