Quiet gîte on 2 ha property with pond, 10 mins from the ocean

  • We are located in the heart of Charente-Maritime, near Île d’Oléron, Marennes, Rochefort, La Rochelle, and Royan.
    In the land of oysters, cognac, the sea, and the Atlantic beaches, we welcome our guests year-round to a former tidal mill dating back to 1780, nestled on the edge of the marshes on a 2-hectare property, featuring a pond where you can relax while admiring the egrets and other marsh birds. Set out directly from the mill on a bike along the bike paths; the surrounding marshes offer plenty of opportunities for excursions on foot or by bike in a bird-watching paradise.
