Welcome to our lovely 75m² chalet in Saint-Julien-en-Vercors, nestled in the heart of a protected natural park. Ideal for a peaceful getaway, offering warmth and simplicity. Discover St Julien, a charming village just a stone's throw away, boasting a delicious Bib Gourmand restaurant at affordable prices, a friendly café, and passionate local producers. Just 2 km away, you'll find an organic shop, a local supermarket (Jean Pierre's), an artisan bakery, a wellness centre (massages, etc.), pottery workshops, and much more. You'll feel right at home: a fully equipped kitchen and utensils, beautiful tableware, and also herbs, oils, vinegar, seeds, spices, coffee, teas... mostly organic. The wooden partitions add rustic charm but allow sound to pass through, ideal for close families or a stay with friends. PGJyPg - If you enjoy discoveries, visit the Choranche caves, the Resistance Museum, the Herbouilly plateau and its magnificent mineral/vegetal landscape, and explore the majestic Bourne gorges. PGJyPg - Sports & thrills: paragliding, treetop adventure courses 25 minutes away, and ski resorts (downhill, cross-country, snowshoeing) just 20 minutes away. In autumn, the trees light up with colours. Practical and connected: the chalet doesn't have Wi-Fi, but 4G works perfectly: you can work remotely and recharge your batteries in the same day! Whether with family, as a couple, alone, or with friends, this chalet will offer you a timeless escape in an exceptional setting; let yourself be seduced by the charm of the Vercors! Here are a few details: Under the entrance porch, at the top right, a key box awaits you. You can pick up the key upon arrival and return it upon departure. I would appreciate it if you could leave your work shoes, trainers, skis, and other footwear outside the chalet. Similarly, please remove your outdoor shoes when going upstairs to the bedrooms, as the staircase is wooden. Electricity: Important Information For stays between early October and late April, an adjustment based on your electricity consumption will be applied. The rate is set at €0.20 per kWh, with a metre reading taken upon your arrival and departure. If your total consumption remains below €30, no additional charges will be applied. Above this amount, you will only be charged the difference. Thank you for your understanding and for using electricity responsibly during your stay. 😊 As a precaution, please note that ATMs are only located in the neighbouring towns of La Chapelle-en-Vercors, Villard-de-Lans, Lans-en-Vercors, and Autrans. There aren't any in Saint-Julien-en-Vercors. And finally: For your stay, a security deposit of 300 euros (by check or bank transfer) is required.
