Duplex lake view villa near Castellane and Gorges Du Verdon, private paddle boat

  • This contemporary 115-m² artist and designer villa has a 25-m² south-facing terrace overlooking the lake. Bed linen is provided. Obligatory departure cleaning to be paid at the time of your stay (90 euros). Deposit 500 euros. The lake is 50 m away, perfect to reach the beach walking! There is a pedal boat for 4-5 people at guests' disposal! For 4 people (2 bedrooms) and 2 additional people with a double bed on the mezzanine above the "cube" in the living room. Great amenities with a loft style, a large 45-m² living area with living and dining room, a reading nook, an equipped open-plan modern 9-m² kitchen with very high ceilings, and big and luminous windows opening to nature, the mountains, the sky and the clear water of Verdon Gorge. Large wooden 25-m² south-oriented terrace overlooking the lake with sun-loungers, armchairs, a dining table with chairs, sun umbrellas, and an electric barbecue. The ground floor and the garden are reserved to the two owners that are very discreet (see the reviews).

Overall Great Experience

My family and I stayed at this location for a week and we very much enjoyed it! The view was fantastic and we loved all of the activities that were nearby. If you decide to book this location, don’t forget to look at the lake and up at the sky for some beautiful sunsets and stars! Beautifull place in magnificent surroundings

Very nice spacy house with beautiful interior decoration and terrace. Perfect for a family with kids who should enjoy the lake and the pedal boat. Smooth check-in and -out. The hosts, easy to contact when needed, assure that everything works and is being kept in perfect order. A clear recomandation for people who worship quality and order.

A tranquil spot with sublime views. House clean and comfortable - with all modern conveniences- despite temperatures of 32’c . Enjoyed an active week: lots of fabulous lake swimming ( water temp. 24’c) and use of pedalo a great asset, walking ( a visit to Lake Allos is well worth the 45 min journey,), a day’s aqua rond in the Gorge du Verdon ( highlight for the teenagers) and mountain biking in Allos . Attentive, thoughtful and helpful owners live below. Great communication . Nearest shop about 10 mins drive- Castellane a picteresque market town.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und zum aktiv sein

Wir haben die zehn Tage sehr genossen, sowohl beim entspannen, als auch beim Sport treiben. Die Region ist perfekt zum Wandern, Radfahren und jeglichem Wassersport. Dass man noch ein Tretboot zur Verfügung hat sorgt zusätzlich für Abwechslung und Spass. Auch ein Regentag zwischendurch macht nichts, da die aufwendig und liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft absolut zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen einlädt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, diskret und stehen bei Fragen oder Anliegen mit Rat und Tat und guten Tips und Empfehlungen zur Seite. Vielen lieben Dank Verá und Laurent für die wunderbaren Tage, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Un séjour idyllique !

L'appartement est très confortable, dans un village calme et reposant et la vue est imprenable ; les nuits sont fraiches ce qui ne gate rien. Les propriétaires, Laurent et Véra, sont charmants, nous ont rapidement mis à l'aise et nous ont donné de précieuses informations sur la région. Merci à eux. Activités nombreuses, région idéale pour les randonneurs dans des paysages féériques où on en prend plein les yeux, mais d'autres plus "reposantes", visites ou activités aquatiques notamment. Nous avons sejourné dans la tres belle maison La spirale de Laurent et Vera deux belles rencontres que nous n oublierons pas Le lieu est superbe calme Ideal pour se reposer face au lac de Castillon De nombreuses randos sont à faire On vous conseille la chambre du roi Depart Annot et les cadieres de Brandis depart col des Leques puis les gorges de Daluis en voiture On recommande vivement

Nous avons passé un super sejour au lac de Castillon. Nous avons été tres bien acceuillis; la maison est très mignonne et la vue sur le lac est magnifique. Nous avons également bien profité du pédalo (confié par les propriétaires). Nous avons suivi leurs recommendations de visites et d'activités. Même notre troisième garçon de 5 ans a pu en profiter un petit peu.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir wurden von Vera und Laurent sehr nett empfangen und haben tolle Ausflugtipps erhalten. Das Haus ist wunderschön mit vielen liebevollen Details, viel Farbe und einer tollen Terrasse mit Blick direkt auf den See. Im Ort gibt es einen sehr netten Hafen mit Bar und Verleih von Wassersportgeräten inkl. Wasserski.

Un cadre idyllique

Le point de vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique ! La villa est très joliment décorée. Les hotes Laurent et Vera sont absolument charmants. L entrée indépendante et leur discrétion donnent l impression d être seuls au monde. Le Pédalo mis à disposition est un vrai plus pour profiter du lac aux lueurs turquoises. Seul bémol, le matela du lit de la chambre parenta est un peu ferme mais globalement,.nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa magnifique.

Wohnung mit einzigartigem Blick auf den Lac Castillon

Wir haben 1 Woche in der Wohnung von Vera und Laurent verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und ruhig gelegen, nur ein paar Schritte zum See (ein riesen Vorteil, denn die Parkplätze am See sind ziemlich schnell voll). Zu dem Haus gehört ein eigenes Tretboot, das jederzeit genutzt werden kann. desweiteren kann man sich an dem kleinen Hafen unterhalb der Wohnung Motorboote und SUP mieten, auch Wasserski ist möglich. Die Umgebung bietet viele Aktivitäten: Paragleiten in Saint Andre ( super!), Canyoning, Aquarando,... Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit unverbautem Blick auf den See! Vera und Laurent sind sehr aufmerksame Vermieter, die sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Mieter kümmern. Wir können das Haus auf alle Fälle empfehlen.

Künstlerisch insprierte und praktische Ferienwohnung mit Tretboot

Diese sehr schöne FeWo bietet außergewöhnliches Design und funktionale Einrichtung (bei unmissverständlicher Bitte um schonende Behandlung) sowie einen kurzen Weg zum See (Lac de Castillon) mit Nutzung eines Pedalos als wichtigem Extra. Viele lohnende Ziele für Tagesausflüge in der Nähe; uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Logement très propre, bien agencé, bien équipé. La vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants, à la fois discrets et disponibles lorsque nécessaire. Le pédalo mis à disposition était très appréciable et nous a permis de faire de belles virées sur le lac.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un environnement calme et charmant! Le logement qui demande d'être précautionneux était conforme à notre attente. Superbe location !

Des propriétaires charmants, un logement spacieux et fonctionnel, une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac, une région magnifique, tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour passer une superbe semaine de vacances au bord du Lac de Castillon ! Laurent et Véra nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans cette location dont ils occupent le rez-de-chaussée. Bon à savoir tout de même : Saint-Julien-Du-Verdon est un tout petit village sans boulangerie ni commerce de proximité, Castellane est à 15-20 min de voiture et Saint-André-Les-Alpes à 10 min. C'est le prix de la tranquilité !

Künstlerisch gestaltete Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Vielen Dank Vera und Laurent für eueren herzlichen Empfang. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der künstlerischen und sehr liebevoll gestalteten Villa genossen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Lac de Castillon ist einmalig. Es hat uns viel Spaß gemacht, den See mit dem privaten Tretboot zu erkunden. Sehr empfehlungswert.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in der "Villa spirale" verbracht. Fotos und Beschreibung lügen nicht. Im Gegenteil: auf uns haben Terrasse und Wohnung sogar eher noch einen größeren Eindruck als auf den Bildern gemacht. Hatten ursprünglich nur geplant, zu viert zu kommen, waren dann aber spontan zu sechst unterwegs. Unsere Sorge, dass es da etwas eng werden könnte, bewahrheitete sich nicht. Es gibt viel geschickten Stauraum in Garderobe und Bad, der hilft Ordnung zu halten auch bei sechs Personen. Die netten Vermieter Véra und Laurent wohnen selbst im UG und sind einerseits 100% zurückhaltend und diskret, aber andrerseits sofort zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht. Der Freizeitwert der Umgebung mit See inkl. Tretboot vor der Haustür und den Gorges und den Bergen in direkter Nähe ist unübertroffen.

Coin secret du Verdon

Le site est magnifique et reposant, la maison très agréable et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. Pour ceux qui veulent juste se reposer et se rafraichir dans ce lac aux eaux turquoises ou encore pour ceux qui veulent faire des activités nautiques ou de la randonnée tout est là. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci !
