Riverfront Retreat with Spacious Rooms & Terrace - Ideal for Families and Adventurers

In a charming and peaceful village in the Allier Gorges, Le Zavaillé offers a truly unique and charming experience: its 20m² terrace overlooking the river! Situated here, you'll feel as if you're living on the water.

Inside, the rooms are spacious and very well-equipped; you're sure to enjoy a pleasant stay here.

Nearby: marked hiking trails, Prades 3 km away (lifeguarded beach in summer, whitewater activities, small shops), Chanteuges 9 km away (salmon conservatory and medieval village), Langeac 10 km away (all shops, outdoor activities). Entrance is via the first-floor terrace, which opens onto the living room-kitchen (TV, fireplace), shower room with separate toilet, and laundry area.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) each, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm) and 1 corner bed (100 x 175 cm), shower room with toilet and 2nd separate toilet.

Wood features play a prominent role throughout and lend a cozy atmosphere to this cottage.

The living room overlooks the Allier River, ideal for fishing and whitewater sports.

From Langeac, head towards St Julien des Chazes. Upon arrival, cross the metal bridge. Park in the square where the restaurant is located, on the left. Go under the porch. The gîte is located at the very back of the courtyard, on the left-hand side.

Gîte au calme dans un environnement verdoyant

Location très agréable, propre et conforme à la description. Le lieu est idéal pour faire des randonnées. Les hôtes sont d'une très grande gentillesse et l'accueil est excellent.
