Des vacances merveilleuses!

Nous sommes une famille avec quatre enfants (de 7 à 13 ans) et avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Il y a beaucoup de chambres, de lits, de sièges et la cuisine offre un excellent équipement pour cuisiner et faire de la pâtisserie. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la belle véranda et le jardin. La maison est très bien située car vous pouvez faire vos achats à pied et vous rendre à la plage. De nombreuses excursions dans la région sont possibles en voiture (par exemple vers d’autres plages et villes intéressantes). Non loin de la maison se trouve également un grand terrain de sport où nos enfants pourraient se défouler. Le couple de propriétaires est incroyablement sympathique et prend soin de leurs invités avec beaucoup d’amour. Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances !

Ferien Brétagne/St.Malo

Sehr saubere und großzügige Ferienwohnung, hervorragend geeignet für 5 Personen. Großes Einkaufszentrum (ca. 800m) sowie Bäckerei und Metzgerei in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 300m). Der nächste Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. St. Malo mit dem Auto in 5-8 min. Das Ehepaar Tanguy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, tolle Erfahrung! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können nichts Negatives berichten.

Je ne regrette rien

Wir haben Ende August zu viert unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie liegt in bequemer Entfernung (ca. 1km) zu einem schönen Strand. Wer nicht laufen will, kann das Auto nehmen. Parken überhaupt kein Problem. Tipp für Eltern mit Kindern: (Lenk-)Drachen mitbringen. Das macht dort Spaß. Bei Ebbe kommt man vor lauter Schlick nur über einen Landungssteg mit Leiter ins Wasser. Aber immerhin. Das war der Rummelplatz für die Kleinen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr günstig und absolut ruhig. Selbst ein Hintergrundgrummeln von entfernteren Autobahnen nimmt man nicht wahr. In 5 Minuten Fußentfernung gibt es zwei Bäckereien, zwei Metzgereien, eine Apotheke, eine Post uvm. Wg. Regens haben wir viel Zeit im Haus bzw. der Pergola davor verbracht. Das war gut auszuhalten. Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine stammt aus einem älteren Semester, tut aber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter da zu anderen Zeiten auch selber wohnen. Z.B. war das die erste französische Mietwohnung, wo wir einen Dampfkochtopf angetroffen haben. Gewürze, Klopapier, Waschmittel und einiges mehr hatten wir immer vermisst und daher mitgebracht - das hätten wir uns hier sparen können. Es war alles da. Und schließlich zu den Vermietern selbst. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. (Ich führe hier absichtlich nicht näher aus, warum ich "sehr" herzlich schreibe, um bei nachfolgenden Mietern keine Erwartungshaltung zu schüren. Schließlich gibt es keinen Anspruch auf "Goodies". Aber das war schon toll. Vielen Dank dafür.

Maison confortable

Maison très confortable avec très belle véranda avec vue u sur le jardin, d'une propreté irréprochable, ou il ne manque absolument rien. Quartier calme, proche de tous commerces. Petite plage toute proche. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables. Je recommande vivement.

Es war alles da, was man so im Haushalt braucht. Es ist nur etwas bewöhnungsbedürftig, in einen fremden, an sonsten vom Vermieter selbst bewohnen, Haus ferien zu machen.

Génial et agréable

Super vacances dans cette agréable maison. Elle est très bien entretenue, bonne literie, équipement de cuisine au top, véranda, terrasse et jardin très appréciable. Saint Jouan est à proximité de belles villes à visiter : St Malo, Cancale, Dinar, Dinan et un peu plus loin le Cap Fréhel ou le Mont St Michel, ça a été un dépaysement total. Petite plage à moins de 1 km. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Je recommande cette location à toutes les familles qui veulent prendre du bon temps en Bretagne. Nous nous y retournerons certainement !!

A wonderful vacation

The landlords were very nice and always helpful. The house is fully equipped and ideally located to visit anything between Mt. Saint Michel, Rennes and St. Brieuc. A small beach is just a 5 minute walk away. Larger beaches are in short driving distances (ca. 20 min). St. Malo and Cancale are also reachable by bus. San Jouan has the largest supermarket anywhere around and a very nice (medalled!) bakery, both located just a few minutes from the house. Hiking and biking is also easily done from the house. The house comes with a very nice garden located below a large winter garden and a veranda. We can only recommend Mr. and Mrs. Tanguy and their nice house! We spent two wonderful weeks there! Best wishes to San Jouan from the Moselle River!

Excellent séjour

Avons passé un agréable séjour. Le jardin, la véranda et la terrasse sont des atouts très appréciables pour la détente et le repos au calme. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La situation géographique du logement est idéale pour visiter les alentours sans faire trop de kilomètres. L'accueil par les propriétaires est très chaleureux. Nous le recommanderons à nos amis.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Ort ist ein Vorort zu St. Malo, sodass man in kürzester Zeit im Stadtzentrum ist und doch weit genug weg ist, um auch Ruhe vor dem Trubel der Stadt zu haben. Die Lage ist super , um Ausflüge zu sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend zu unternehmen. Alles in allem war es Glücksgriff! Kann man auf jeden Fall bestens weiterempfehlen! Wir wünschen Familie Tanguy von Herzen das Beste und schicken viele Grüße aus Bayern in die Bretagne!

Un bien agréable séjour...

Une maison conviviale, confortable et très bien équipée, idéalement située à proximité de Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinan et Dinard tout en étant dans un petit village calme. Un accueil particulièrement sympathique et prévenant des propriétaires... Que demander de plus ? Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location pour des familles désireuses de visiter la région ou de profiter de la mer....

La maison du bonheur !

maison très confortable dans un joli village ! Très spacieuse , très bien équipée et très agréable : on y est très bien ! Très grande terrasse où on peut se retrouver pour manger et boire (avec modération )en recevant des amis ! après 3 séjours dans cette charmante maison, on y a ses repères et ses habitudes . quand on y arrive ,c'est comme si on revenait chez soit tellement on s'y sent bien ! C'est là qu'avec les autres amis qui louent dans le village on se retrouve pour passer de mémorables soirées ! c'est la maison du bonheur et on a hâte d'y retourner ! En plus , c'est à proximité de nombreuses ballades : St Malo , Dinard, Dinan , la vallée de la Rance........ et tous les sentiers de bords de mer !
