Features 2 bedrooms, pull out couch, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, parking onsite (garage) and a shared backyard with a deck. You are a short walk to all uptown amenities including shops, restaurants, Imperial Theatre, City Market, Area 506/Container Village & playgrounds. Walk up Harbour Passage to Reversing Falls. A short drive to hiking spots, waterfalls and beaches. Wi-Fi. 20 min from airport.

    Welcome to your home away from home in Saint John, New Brunswick! This bright and comfortable duplex is ideal for families, small groups, or business travelers looking for convenience and a great location. The space comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, including a queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living room.

    Spacious Uptown 3 level duplex just a 5–10-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the harbourfront—perfect for groups, with free secured off street parking. Each bedroom has a private bathroom upstairs (tub/shower in one and stand-up shower in the other), and a guest washroom on main level. Main level includes full kitchen, including microwave, coffee and tea station, toaster, dishwasher, four burner oven, double door fridge with freezer and integrated wine cooler. Dining table accommodates four people, island accommodates two. Includes a full living room with smart 42” TV (with HDMI capability) and ample seating to enjoy your morning coffee and watch uptown go by. Pull out couch located in the living room. Fully stocked board game and puzzle room on first floor. Washer and dryer included on first floor.

    The property does not have air conditioning, however Saint John rarely gets very hot and has natural air conditioning from the beautiful ocean breeze. Crack a window and you will enjoy Saint John's refreshing ac!

    Relaxing outdoor space with seating for 9 chairs. The backyard is shared so please be respectful of our neighbours. Please note we are a flame, smoke and vape free premises.

    Fire Station located diagonal to property, fire extinguisher on site, seasonal fully fenced playground three buildings up the street. Convenience store on same block.
