Exceptional hotel and customer service. Situated in a prime position, close to everything, including the beautiful esplanade. The room was very comfortable, warm and well appointed

Room was small in size but tastefully done and from the train station the location could not be beat

The location was perfect and the single room with fridge and microwave was ideal. As a lone lady I felt safe in the building and its location meant easy access to all that Nice has to offer. Staff were friendly and nicely always about during 8am to 8pm. On reflection I wish I had asked the staff if I could sit on their balcony in the evening as my single room had no balcony nor outlook. I would suggest asking in future.

The hotel was great. The breakfast was top tier and fresh daily!!

I like The property. Not that big but well maintained. Housekeeping everyday which I like the most. The property clean and tidy including the room, only its small size for three people. We were not given a refill of coffee and tea but there was kettle and keurig. The staffs are very nice, friendly helpful and accommodating. We didn’t include breakfast, but were allowed to have leftover croissants for the day. I can come back in this hotel making sure the room they give is good for three people I think there isn’t parking for the guests but we didn’t drive.
