Nature and fishing lovers, house located between Châteaudun and Vendôme

If you want to spend a moment in harmony with nature and indulge in the pleasure of fishing on the banks of the Loir, come and discover this quiet little corner and this charming house. The setting is pleasant with a very large natural field at your disposal (about 5000 m2), a private pontoon for fishing enthusiasts. A large trampoline, a ping-pong table, are at your disposal for the pleasure of young and old. In the house, a beautiful terrace and a room dedicated to teleworking (fibre optics). The accommodation is furnished and the heating method is electric. In the living room there is a mezzanine where I have set up a space dedicated to children. Sheets are included for bookings of a week or more. Bicycles for adults and children are available for rent on site if you wish. Pets are welcome but they are not allowed to enter the bedrooms (hygiene reasons and allergy to hair). The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or disabilities (there are only steps to access the house) and the land is partly in a wild state.<br> For your visits, there are castles and caves in the vicinity.
