Night side: 2 bedrooms, 1 with i double bed 140x190, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, bathroom with basin, storage furniture, shower and separate toilet. So i turned to the countryside apartment 50m from the village center. Opportunity to come to the pool from the Farm Fontepaisse 900m.

Rien à redire si ce n'est le manque de porte en salle d'eau , sachant qu'une coulissante au début de couloir pourrait palier mais ne fonctionne plus ( très dur) , beaucoup de fourmis ne rien laisser trainer en cuisine! et en chambre proche du lit collé à cette fenêtre; qqs passants qui baladent ont vue direct sur petit chemin le long du jardin mais hormis ces points cela reste une maison agréable , fonctionnelle, propre et bien située proche de touts commodités! je serai propriétaire je repenserai le petit portillon en sens inversé pour le coté plus pratique en haut des escaliers car chargés ou avec un chien , ou à plusieurs un peu compliqué! Nous avons apprécié la literie, la gentillesse et disponibilité de Michèle que nous remercions.
Très bon accueil, appartement proche du centre et bien situé pour aller faire des visites : grotte de Choranche, de Thaïs, bateau à roue...
Literie au top! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.
La façade ne paye pas de mine mais l'intérieur est sympa et fonctionnel, attention un escalier pour accéder au logement. A proximité des commerces, à part Intermarché où il faut prendre la voiture. Par contre il manque un peu de vaisselle (ex : que 4 fourchettes ) et accessoires.
Rien à dire, conforme aux photos, propriétaires à dispo.

Bien mais quelques bémol
Il n'y a rien de plus pénible que d'arriver sur son lieu de vacances et de commencer par faire le ménage. L'appartement était loin d'être propre, sol non serpillé, placards de chambre poussiéreux, un frigo sale et en dégivrage donc plein d'eau, une poubelle que l'on a mis de côté durant la semaine, un plan de travail de cuisine sale pour être poli! Et je ne parlerais pas du micro onde et des moutons qui s'étaient réfugiés sous les lits évidemment.
Le linge de maison est fourni, ce qui est appréciable, mais il serait encore bien plus appréciable que les draps ne soient ni tâchés, ni troués ( idem pour les serviettes de toilettes).
Le jardin était en friche, mon mari a même commencé à enlever les mauvaises herbes!!!
Cependant l'emplacement de l'appartement est très agréable pour visiter le Royan et le Vercors. Malgré cependant une route qui entoure la location et qui est très passagère, même si on m'avait promis le contraire.
Le plus ( ou le moins ) de l'emplacement est l'église qui touche presque l'appartement, pas besoin de réveil, les cloches s'en chargent dès 7h.
Je ne me cache pas que j'ai nettoyé ce que j'avais sali, et pour le reste....
