A very bright 55 m² two-bedroom apartment, ideal for a family. Located in the heart of the village and just steps away from all amenities.
This “Family” apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our building, offering breathtaking views of our beautiful village’s main square, the shops, restaurants, and the forecourt of the historic St. John the Baptist Church, as well as the mountains.
This apartment is ideal for families or groups of travelers (hiking, trail running, or caving) of up to 6 people.
This apartment consists of:
- A bedroom with a large double bed, ideal for parents or two travelers, featuring a large window overlooking the village’s main square and the mountains.
- A bedroom with bunk beds that can accommodate 2 guests or children; this room has a large window overlooking, among other things, the mountains.
- A living room equipped with a sofa that converts into a bed for 2 people; its window also overlooks the village’s main square and the mountains.
This living room is adjacent to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, which serves 6 people and includes all necessary dishes and appliances.
- A spacious bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower stall.

Location:
- At the bottom of the building is a small square that’s a dead-end street; you can park briefly to unload your belongings and luggage right in front of our front door, which is very convenient.
- The apartment also enjoys a prime location near shops and all amenities: a bakery and pastry shop, a butcher and deli, a fishmonger, convenience stores, tobacco and newsstand, drugstore and variety store, restaurants and bars, as well as the tourist office, which is less than 20 meters away...
- Whether on foot, by bike, or by car, the location right in the heart of the village makes everything easily and quickly accessible.
Numerous parking spaces are available within 100 meters.

- This apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Jean-de-Bruel, between the Causses du Larzac and the Cévennes.
It opens directly onto the central square, giving it a prime location with a breathtaking view of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste parish church, its forecourt, and its octagonal bell tower, as well as the magnificent market halls built of cut stone with their chestnut wood framework and beams.

Tourism:
- A tourist information desk is located on the 2nd floor, where you’ll find various brochures provided by the regional tourist office, as well as numerous maps of walks and hikes provided by the St. Jean du Bruel hiking association (L’Escapade).
- La Noria, the museum, or the “Maison de l’Eau,” is less than a two-minute walk from the accommodation.
- A swimming area developed by the municipality on the river is available for swimming in the clear, fast-flowing waters of the Dourbie. This exceptional river is classified as a Category 1 waterway (rich in trout) and has its source in the Mont Aigoual massif.
- Marked trails and short hiking routes starting from the village allow you to explore the region.
- Located between the Causses and the foothills of the Cévennes, Saint-Jean-du-Bruel offers a wide range of outdoor activities that allow you to explore exceptional and highly diverse natural sites. Activities for everyone—young and old, families, individuals, or groups—in the village and the surrounding area.

Important to know:
- Bed linens and towels are not included in the listed rate. Please bring your own bed sheets and bath towels.
However, we can provide this optional service and offer them for rent on-site at a rate of 10 € per bed per stay.
Single bed: 1 set + 1 bath towel.
Double bed: 1 set + 2 bath towels.

- Cleaning is not included in the listed rate. That’s why we give you the option to clean the apartment yourself. To do so, all cleaning supplies are available in our apartments, along with a broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket, as well as 3 sponges—1 for dishes, one for the bathroom, and one for the toilet.
However, if you do not wish to clean the apartment yourself, we can provide this optional service for 40 €.

- Bachelor/bachelorette parties and other similar celebrations are prohibited at this property.
