This studio of 18 m2 named "Island of Pillar" is planned so that your stay is more pleasant.
A very refined decoration, full of charm in a seaside atmosphere.
A vacation without the need to take back your car for the duration of your stay,
to fully enjoy the beach of St Jean de Monts and the district of Demoiselles,
A quiet and chic area located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from the forest, near the bike paths of Saint Jean de Monts, 26 km in a secure site on the slopes reserved only for bicycles.
Shops are within 50 m of your home.
- 1 kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine (coffee, chocolate, tea etc ...), microwave, kettle, toaster
- 1 living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV 80 cm.
- 1 equipped kitchenette
- 1 convertible sofa bed 140
- 1 bathroom with shower, wc.
- 1 washing machine.
- 1 courtyard with table and chairs,

Animals are not allowed.
The rentals are in a small condominium of 6 homes
