  • Charming 43 sq m (463 sq ft) 2-bedroom holiday home in a quiet, car-free, wooded, pedestrian-only residence. Located on the edge of the national forest and 1.9 kilometres (6 miles) from Demoiselles beach. Enjoy the opportunity to cycle directly through the forest to the beach or the centre of St. Jean de Monts. Bicycle rentals are available nearby. Private parking. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hob, mini-oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Barbecue. Television. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and two sun loungers. Two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) on the ground floor and two with two single beds (90 cm) upstairs. Wardrobes in both bedrooms. No Wi-Fi in the residence. Minimum 2-night stay. Weekend and weekly rentals available. Rates range from €75 to €100 depending on the season. Cleaning fee of €65 for stays of 4 nights or more. Bed linen and towels can be rented.
