    This new 4-room house, built in 2023 and named “Ile de Ré,” features a private pool heated from June through September
    (and longer if the weather permits)—3m x 3m—designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
    Very refined decor in a seaside atmosphere.
    To fully enjoy the large beach (600 m) in St. Jean de Monts as well as the Demoiselles area (400 m)
