Great week!

Beautiful place. Site very secure and nicely kept. Lovely, helpful staff. House could have been slightly better equipped and there was a problem with the pool, but it didn't spoil our time there. Great location, only a few minutes drive from shops and St Jean de Monts, with lovely market and numerous restaurants.

The house we stayed in was really awful. It was dirty on arrival, completely different to what had been advertised. It was unsafe in areas at the pool, showers were broken in both bathrooms. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. Kitchen was very poor, dirty cooker and fridge, lack of utensils and equipment. Despite repeated complaints to the site manager nothing was done.

La maison n2 devrait être retirée de la location, nos vacances gâchées, maison vétuste, sale, réfrigérateur rouillé, congélateur cassé, meubles horriblement vieux voire inutilisables, ustensiles de cuisine très vieux voire rouillés, garage comparable à une décharge publique, matelas de transat dégueulasse, alarme piscine HS, jardin à l'abandon avec un cadavre d'oiseau, etc.. etc...

Bonjour, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille La maison est parfaite à un détail près mais qui est très important "LA LITERIE" nous avons eu tous très mal au dos pendant notre séjour car les matelas sont vraiment à jeter. C'est bien dommage car sinon nous n'avons pas d'autres remarques. Bonne journée

Personnel de l'accueil tres agréable et à l'écoute pour régler les problèmes. Arrivée dans la maison 18 = catastrophe ! Meubles cassés menaçant de nous tomber dessus, maison sale, lave vaisselle rempli non lavé, frigo dégueulasse bref je demande à l'accueil de me changer de maison. J'atteris dans la 2 qui est plus propre mais sans entretien... Fissure de tous les côtés, murs noirs, mobilier extérieur cassé, pas de barbecue, ménage qui laisse vraiment à désirer. En gros on paie une blinde on s'attend à un service de qualité. Pas d'état des lieux, pas de ménage. Je trouve ça inadmissible vu le prix

Villa spacieuse. Belle piscine. Environnement très calme et sécurisé. Attention à l équipement de la maison, le frigo vieillot a franchement besoin d être remplacé. Le four était sale et il n y a pas assez de verres (seulement 3 verres à vin pour une villa pour 8 personnes !) Proche centre ville, hyper marché etc.. Merci à l équipe sur place qui a été très réactive.

Je ne regrette pas d’être passé par interchalet c’était la première fois et je pense pour mes vacances d’été je repasserai par interchalet. Car j’aime l’idée du site qui est un numéro qu’on puisse appeler pour tout renseignement au lieux de juste d’une adresse mail. Et les personnes au téléphone sont très gentil. Et tout ce qui a été dit par téléphone ça c’est exactement passé comme cela et le lieux de vacances était très bien je ne regrette pas on a bien profité en famille.

Très décue de cette location

Maison (N°2) très mal entretenue depuis plusieurs années ! Meubles en très mauvais état (chaises cassées, meubles sans poignées, vieillots, four avec bouton manquant, micro-onde très ancien et pas sécurisant, etc...). A notre arrivée le frigo fermé avec une odeur de poisson pourri à l'intérieur, obligés de le renettoyer entièrement. Un barbecue tout rouillé inutilisable. Le liner de la piscine commence à se décoller et certaines dalles autour bougeaient car plus de joint. Etat général mauvais.

La maison est conforme aux informations donnees, toutefois le ménage a pas été fait correctement, extérieur sale, bière sous la table dans le jardin, cagette de bières dans le garage, réfrigérateur pas nettoyé Les 2 canapes sont tellement sale qu on a mis des draps dessus, on retrouve un tee shirt sous un lit. il n y a pas d d'état des lieux de fait ! Pas d internet, pas de wifi même payant les draps sont payants si veut les changer il faut repayer Je ne relouerai pas chez inter home

Loesque nous sommes arrivées nous avons eu une maison qui ne correpondait pas à notre demande (52), nous sommes allées à l accueil et on nous a donné la maison 83. Celle-ci correspondait plus à notre réservation, il faut juste revoir les ustansibles de cuisine. Nous avons demandé le nettoyage de la piscine et nous l avons eu que vendredi la veille de notre départ; A part ça la location est super, Les filles de l accueil super sympa nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Très déçu, j'espérais mieux, terrasse en mauvais état, chambre 4 sans meuble de rangement, ect... Les observations nombreuses étant notées sur le cahier de rapport j'espère que vous tiendrez compte des remarques et trouverez une solution pour un accueil plus correct
