  • Only 100 meters away from the beach and the famous Louis XIV square and its sunny terrasses, right in the center of the old town ! Many shops and restaurants around.
    Completely renovated 82 m2 appartment, 3rd floor, in a charming typical, basque style house.
    Fantastc views on the city´s roofs and the Rhune mountain whilst the sea visible from the balcony.
    Large volumes. Very modern decoration including furniture and lighting from the best italian brands. Hardwood flooring. Picasso, Modigliani and Matisse copy paintings on the white walls. Impressive daylight.
