Bright ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area, south facing covered terrace not overlooked, superb view of the Rhune.
Secure residence with private parking space 1.5km from the center and 1.8km from the large beach, ideally located for visiting the coast (Guethary, Bidard, Biarritz) or the inland Basque country (superb villages: Ascain, Sare, Ainhoa, Espelette), beautiful hikes in the mountains and close to Spain.
Hégobus bus stop at the entrance of the residence.
The accommodation is composed of: entrance with large closet, living room with convertible sofa (comfortable mattress 140x90), equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, bedroom with 160x200 bed convertible into 2 single beds 80x 200, bathroom, separate wc, terrace with garden furniture.

Quiet location close to city centre

We really enjoyed our stay, the apt had everything we needed. The walk into town was not too far and the area where we were was nice and quiet, perfect for traveling as a family with a young child.

Trop de bruit en raison de autoroute à 1km. Dommage que ce ne soit pas préciser dans l annonce et stipuler que l'appartement se situe entre 2 autres. Vue de la terrasse superbe mais Sdb et wc vieux et manquent de propreté Rideau de douche noire dans le bas.

Superbe vue. Belle région.

Appartement très bien situé, propre , rien ne manque. Conforme à la description avec une vue superbe sur la Rhune. Très bien situé pour visiter la région avec ses beaux villages typiques aux alentours. De belles randonnées à faire. Très bon accueil de la personne qui nous a remis les clés. Très réactive . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Jean-de-Luz. C est une région magnifique : l océan et la montagne à la fois , de jolis villages, la proximité de l Espagne, de supers paysages...L appartement est conforme à la description,trés bien équipé, bien agencé, propre et décoré avec goût. La vue sur la Rhune est magnifique et la petite terrasse vraiment très agréable! L appartement est situé dans un endroit calme et verdoyant. Une place de parking est réservée , c est un vrai plus. La personne qui nous remet les clés est très gentille , à l écoute, disponible et nous donne des idées pour les visites à faire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. vetdoyant

Quartier calme et vue imprenable sur la Rhune

L’appartement est situé dans les hauteurs de St Jean de Luz, dans une résidence sécurisée très au calme. La côte est un peu raide quand on revient à pieds du centre-ville, mais cet effort compense les calories englouties dans la découverte de la gastronomie locale et des glaces estivales! Le parking privé est un plus. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, l’équipe de la conciergerie est très chaleureuse.

Bonne location

Séjour agréable dans l'appartement d'Yvonne. Il est très fonctionnel. Vous pourrez utiliser la ligne de bus qui passe juste devant la résidence pour vous rendre dans le centre ville de Saint Jean de Luz. La vue sur la rhune est magnifique.

Sejour Saint Jean de Luz

Appartement bien situé avec une belle vue sur la Rhune. Petit bémol, il faudrait qu'il y ait un ventilateur car avec les fortes chaleurs et la situation de l'appartement très ensoleillé, parfois un peu compliqué pour avoir un peu de fraicheur. Mettre également un parasol sur la terrasse.

Toujours aussi accueillant

Le pays basque est un coup de cœur : riche de part ses cultures culinaire et architecturale, ses coutumes, ses paysages et ses habitants. Accueil toujours aussi sympathique des locaux. Un lieu idéal pour les vacances respectueuses de l'environnement : déplacement à pied jusqu'en centre ville et la plage. Retour avec le bus 41 qui dépose juste devant la résidence. Location réservée pour la seconde fois et toujours aussi satisfaisante.

Très bon logement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de madame MAHE et avons eu un super accueil de Sandrine ( responsable conciergerie). Le logement était très propre, la vue du balcon et super, le plus c'est que c'est au calme et la literie était très bien. Il est très bien équipé pour 4 personnes. Nous le recommandons ++++

Appartement super, très bien équipé, tranquille avec une très belle vue sur les Pyrénées, un peu loin de la mer, mais tout à fait faisable. Une très belle côte à monter à pied pour arriver à l’appartement ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié.

Appartement très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Saint Jean de Luz au calme, dans résidence sécurisée. Très bien équipé et une vue magnifique sur la Rhune. Balcon équipée d’une table pour déjeuner et 2 transats . Le parfait séjour au Pays Basque. A refaire absolument pour notre futur séjour au Pays Basque. Service de conciergerie parfait et très propre à notre arrivée.

Appartement propre et bien équipé, quelques petites remarques (Assise canapé pas très confortable et grince des que l'on bouge, sinon manque de pinces à linge et une carafe a eau.) nous avons apprécié la vue sur les montagnes et le calme de la résidence.
