A luxury apartment on the 1st floor elevator, very cozy, refurbished, well placed, will make your stay very pleasant.

On the terrace the garden furniture will allow you to take meals in good weather. The living room dining room is equipped with a TNT television with DVD player, possibly will receive your CANAL + decoder.

Your parking in the courtyard of the building in a place reserved for your vehicle.
The proximity of all activities will allow you to conduct them independently.

vive la côte basque

hormis le temps qui n'était pas au rdv, pas de baignade mais beaucoup de visite et côté positif il y en a beaucoup à faire. Sinon très bel appartement, bien situé par rapport au centre ville et plage seul bémol le parking accès trop étroit encore je n'ai pas de SUV mais j'ai quand même rayé la portière arrière droite de mon véhicule. Je conseillerai votre location si on me demande car contente de mon séjour

SUPER APPARTEMENT

Séjour du 23 au 30 août 2014. Appartement très calme et très bien disposé (on ne souffre pas de la chaleur malgré son exposition SUD de la terrasse) avec tout le confort possible. Situé près de toutes les commodités (100 m SUPERMARCHE - 800 m GARE TGV - 500 m GRANDE PLAGE) et on peut tout faire à pied. Nous y reviendrons (merci à la personne de l'agence qui a été très disponible).

Séjour très agréable

Jeune couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location à 2minutes à pied du centre ville de St-Jean-de-Luz. Appartement propre, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville, la plage, les restaurants, les jeux pour enfants ou encore faire du shopping. Reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement idéalement situé car tout est accessible à pied (plage, ville, marché, port, gare, parc, shopping, manège pour enfants, restaurants ...) La rampe d'accès du parking très étroite nécessite plusieurs manoeuvres pour accéder à la place prévue, à tel point que nous avons préféré laisser la voiture (type monospace familial) garée dans la rue. Une connexion internet serait un plus.

Notre séjour s'est déroulé du 3 au 10 10 09 car j'avais oublié de demander un mot de passe. Commentaires : Appartement spacieux, agréable, meublé et décoré avec goût. De plus, très bien équipé. Le seul inconvénient reste le bruit de la rue malgré l'époque. N"avons pas pu déjeuner, ni diner sur le balcon. Dommage, vu la température estivale (30°). En outre, l'accès au parking est très délicat ....
