Large 35 square metre flat in a chalet built in 2014, modern mountain style, south-facing balcony with magnificent views of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Comprising 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the garden level.
The chalet is located 200 metres from the Sybelles ski area (4th largest in France) and in the centre of the small family resort of St Jean d'Arves, with all shops close by.
