The cozy bedrooms feature 2 queen beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC, guests can relax and unwind. The living room offers an additional queen bed for extra comfort. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Saint James City. Bring your boat and fishing rods. Snook, Redfish, Snapper and Tarpon off our dock. Manatees and dolphins occasionally.Boat dock and Lift included. Also there is a wheelchair elevator lift at the rear of the house. Distance by water to Cayo Costa 10 nautical miles, to Boca Grande 13 nautical miles, Cabbage Key 12 miles.
