  • Family house completely renovated in 2025 with a large enclosed garden, ideally located in a quiet area just above the beautiful beach of Rougeret. The house is south facing with a large terrace sheltered from the prevailing winds. A house with a soul, paintings, game books, 1 pile of sand for the children, 4 large bedrooms each with bathroom, shower or toilet, and a child's bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with new, a laundry room completes it.
    Sheets and towels are not provided but you can rent them without any problem.
    In the heart of the Emerald Coast, Saint-Jacut is a charming peninsula that has kept all its character. Its 11 beaches, its small paths, its 2 small ports and its village of fishermen's houses will charm you.
    In the surrounding area, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, many visits to do and for golfers very beautiful golf courses nearby.
