A large kitchen opens to the living room and is fully equipped: *Microwave *Toaster *Coffee maker *Kitchen utensils *Dishwasher/Washing machineA toilet on the ground floor but also on the 1st floor.On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms; *one with DRESSING ROOM and 2 SINGLE beds *The second with DOUBLE bed 140 X 200, a closet and small DESK for working. On the landing is a sofa and some books. PLEASE NOTE: the staircase does not have a handrail.A SMALL EXTERIOR WOOD TERRACE is accessible through the living room and NOT OVERLOOKED.
