Relax in this newly renovated, quiet, bohemian-chic studio. Self check-in with a key box and access code for the residence. Enjoy the beautiful coastal path opposite the residence.
Located near the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy invigorating ocean views and magnificent sunsets. The balcony, furnished with comfortable armchairs, offers an unobstructed view of St. Hilaire de Riez and is perfect for watching the sunrise.
The rental includes Linvosges bed linen, pillows, a duvet, and an extra blanket. A large sofa bed with a headboard and easy-to-open mechanism features a 20cm memory foam mattress. Blackout curtains are also provided. A fully equipped kitchenette includes a dining area, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, hand towel, and dish towel. A Senseo coffee machine and a welcome basket (coffee pods, tea, biscuits, and chilled drinks) are also provided. A large shower is available. Towels and shower gel are provided. TV, iron and ironing board, beach games, parasol, beach chair and mats.
Check-in from 3 pm. Check-out by 12 pm. Important: the studio must be left clean. Train station, port, and Casino of St Gilles Croix de Vie are an 8-minute drive away. 1 hour from Noirmoutier.
