This is a beautiful and very stylish property. Immaculately clean. We loved the room at the top of the ladder and the sand garden for children to play in.We think the location by the Corniche is the best in the Vendee. A cute little beach less than 5 minutes walk

September 25: Tolle Gegend! Tolles Haus! Sehr geschmackvoll und sehr vollständig eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass das Objekt auch von der Eigentümerfamilie benutzt wird. Äußerst empfehlenswert! Gerne mal wieder.

Der Kontakt war super, das Objekt wie beschrieben und bestens ausgestattet. Alles war sauber! Direkt am Meer. Kleine Strände bei Flut sofort fußläufig. Umbedingt Fahrräder mitnehmen weil Auto fahren dort echt nervig ist. Der Hyper U ist der beste Supermarkt. Sowas findet man in Deutschland gar nicht. Die Märkte sind auch super und vor allem der Fisch dort.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch Nathalie und ihren Mann war sehr herzlich und sie haben uns alles sehr gut und sehr ausführlich erklärt. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nah am Meer (auf der Terrasse kann man das Rauschen des Meeres hören) und man kann an der Corniche sehr schön Spazierengehen. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt und sehr gerne weiter.

Heel fijn en mooi huis! De bedden waren zeer comfortabel en beddengoed is van hoge kwaliteit, terras heel groot en aangenaam, moderne zonnewering waardoor het binnen niet te warm werd, de kinderen speelden graag in de tuin en konden hun voeten goed afspoelen op het terras waardoor het binnen niet zanderig werd, douche super aangenaam, keuken modern en uniek servies, de zee vlakbij met mooie wandelpaden en trapjes naar de stranden! Beachbar en beachvolley op 20 minuutjes wandelen! Altijd parking in de straat!

Location parfaite à tous niveaux

Location très propre et saine. Malgré une météo maussade, la maison est lumineuse, chaleureuse et équipée avec plus que nécessaire. Proche de toutes les commodités et des différents sites à visiter, nous avons passé un super séjour. Environnement calme et à deux pas de la corniche. Bref je ne peux que recommander cette maison qui a participé grandement à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Excellente semaine de congés dans une maison de rêve, aussi belle que sur les photos. Tout est neuf, propre et bien pensé. Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la corniche : plages, piste cyclable et chemin de randonnée à côté de la maison. Accueil très chaleureux, vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons certainement. Arrivée où nous attendait les propriétaires très chaleureux. Un endroit où on se sent tout de suite très bien. Les photos sont en deçà de la réalité. Tout est propre et rangé. La décoration est soignée. On a besoin de quelque chose, on le trouve forcément. La proximité de la mer et ses criques magnifiques sont un plus pour une baignade, une promenade ou un couché de soleil ☀️. Départ mais on reviendra c'est sûr. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Un merveilleux séjour en Vendée.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la maison et les environs. La maison est entièrement équipée et Nathalie est très sympathique et serviable. Se détendre sur la plage, manger de délicieux plats de la région et prendre le bateau pour Il de Yeu pour explorer l'île à vélo ont été de grands moments. Nos vacances et notre séjour valent certainement la peine d'être répétés.

Que dire..... maison de charme parfaite, spacieuse, moderne, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, décorée avec beaucoup de soin. Un grand jardin avec sa confortable terrasse couverte d'un côté, et de l'autre une adorable terrasse pour prendre un verre le soir en écoutant les vagues.... La literie impeccable. Une mezzanine qui a ravie nos enfants pour s'y cacher et jouer. Une communication avec les propriétaires fluide, rapide et agréable. Toller Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus ein paar Schritte vom Meer. Herr und Frau Cormier waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die vorhandenen Räder haben insbesondere unsere Kinder gerne genutzt. Besonders toll ist die Lage des Hauses - nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Perfektes Urlaub

Die Lage des Hauses nahe am Meer, die sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses und die schöne Gegend haben uns einen sehr schönen ubd perfekten Sommerurlaub ermöglicht. Séjour très agréable dans une maison très propre et fonctionnelle et idéalement située à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer et des petites criques, loin de l'agitation des grandes plages. Une très jolie maison, très bien équipée et idéalement située ( à proximité de la mer et de la piste vélo). Propriétaires accueillants et à l'écoute. Un petit bémol : le forfait ménage n'est pas proposé en fin de séjour et le jardin en sable contraint à un nettoyage intérieur de la maison trop fréquent. Mais la qualité du bien compense cela très largement !

Seul bémol, le terrain est poussiéreux et salissant, ce qui oblige à nettoyer régulièrement, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. Nous avons également apprécié le calme, la proximité du sentier côtier, les beaux points de vue et des plages nichées dans des criques facilement accessibles à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à ceux qui souhaiteraient découvrir la corniche vendéenne.

Très joilie maison

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à 6 dans cette maison parfaitement équipée, propre et moderne. La localisation est parfaite, au calme tout en étant proche des plages, du club de voile et du centre ville. Les vélos mis à disposition permettent de profiter de balades le long de la mer sur les pistes cyclables. Les propriétaires sont agréables et rendant service. Le jardin sans vis à vis et abrité du vent permet de profiter des soirées d'été. On s'y sent tellement bien que le temps passe trop vite !

Séjour très agréable !!

Superbes vacances en famille dans cette agréable maison idéalement située : proximité plage, piste cyclable, .. La maison est bien équipée et la décoration est très soignée. Les équipements fournis sont de qualités. Propriétaires sympathiques !!! Bémol idem à Sophie C. sur le sable dans le jardin, surtout avec des enfants en bas ages. Toute la petite famille à apprécier cette quinzaine vendéenne !!!
