    House ideally located 1500 m from the ocean, 800 m from the city centre and 400 m from a hypermarket. Close to all amenities, it has been completely renovated and will allow you to make the most of all the activities available in the surrounding area (beach, bowling, tree climbing, bicycle rail, Ile d'Yeu, Noirmoutier island, forest, markets, traders, laundries, etc.).

Perfect little house

This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer

Gîte très bien, très confortable et propre. La conciergerie n’était pas très flexible. Il faut donner un horaire précis d’arrivée sinon on passe les derniers après les autres arrivants. A peine arrivés il faut donner l’heure de départ pour la fin du séjour et la veille la conciergerie change l’heure …. Ça n’a pas gâché notre séjour. La communication avec la propriétaire était agréable.

logement agréable , l'avons trouvé propre; cependant quelques remarques: Un barbecue dans un état lamentable, pas utilisable en l'état( une honte de laisserun appareil à disposition);Pour une location en bord de mer avec un port de pêche donc des crustacés, mais pas de matériels pour en manger.Manque de vaisselle et l'avons trouvé sale .Il y avait un lave vaisselle, mais ne vaut-il pas mieux priviliéger un lave linge.Par compte quartier calme.

Très bien clôturé pour l'accueil d’un chien. L’océan est situé à 2kms, les randonnées pédestres également accessibles en voiture ou en vélo, un super marché à 600m. La forêt domaniale très bien balisée. Points forts : accueil, parking privé, jardin clôturé, confort de la maison, équipement, calme, contact avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie. Points faibles : utilisation d’un moyen de locomotion pour accéder aux loisirs. Très bien dans l’ensemble.

Une jolie location qui nous a permis de la Vendée sous un beau soleil en prime ! La maison était confortable tant au niveau de la literie que de l'aménagement moderne du salon... une cuisine bien équipée sauf un petit problème de bouilloire vite résolu par la propriétaire attentive à nos remarques...Le jardin clôturé a été apprécié par notre petit compagnon à quatre pattes !Seul bémol, le manque de lave-linge...Bref, nous recommandons cette location dans un quartier paisible tout en étant proche de l'océan !

Un excellent séjour, le logement est très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellentes vacances, parfaitement équipé, une très bonnes literie, proche de la mer et de la forêt que notre chien a su apprécier. Nous reviendrons et recommandons les yeux fermés.

4 nuits à St Hilaire de Riez

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison décorée avec goût et sans superflu.Notre chienne berger australien a apprécié le jardin clos et la petite terrasse ombragée par un store. Les commerces sont à proximité, tout comme les plages et les forêts. Une belle découverte de la région. Une propriétaire à l'écoute et merci à Rémi pour sa gentillesse.
